"Uhmm.. do I know you?" Tanong ko sa kanya habang binababa yung shades ko.
"Porket famous ka na ngayon di mo na ako kilala ah." Sabi pa neto
"Uhmm.. excuse me, I'm not joking. I don't really know you." I explained.
"Wow! Englishera ka na din ngayon?" Sabi ng lalaki.
"Uhmm.. Excuse me? I'm serious I don't know you po. Sorry" sabi ko dito.
"Jho! Ako ito! Ricci? Remember?" Sabi nya.
I froze that time. I never expect na makakalimutan ko yung elementary best friend ko. "R-Ricci? Oemg! I'm so sorry bui! Di kita nakilala ah! Where did you go? Bigla ka na lang umalis!" Sabi ko sa kanya at pinalo ko sya habang sya naman ay tawa ng tawa lang.
"Easy bui, easy! Sorry okay? Di kita nainformed na aalis kami noon kase I don't want you to be sad. I want to cherish all the time na kasama ko kayo noon." He explained.
"Ricci ang daya! Kahit kailan madaya ka talagaa!" Sabi ko sa kanya.
While I was waiting for my order ay madami na kaming napagkwentuhan and finally dumating na nga ang orders ko.
"Ayan na pala order mo eh. Hmmm... Bakit ang dami ata?" He got confused.
"Uhm.. We were having try-outs today so I bought some snacks for them." I explained and smiled.
"Oh, I see." He said.
"Oh, by the way! I need to go back there na I didn't ask for permission pala baka hanapin na nila ako. Got to go, bye!" I stood up and wave for a goodbye.
He waved back and said, "Nice to see you again, Jho!"
"Same here! Bye!"
I went to my car and drove quickly sa school. I texted Ate Aly kase may konting traffic.
"Ate Aly! Sorry I wasn't able to ask permission and busy nyo kase e. I bought some burgers kaya umalis ako. I craved e. Pabalik na ko may konting traffic lang. Lovelots!"
After I sent it agad na ko nagfocus sa pagddrive.
"Hoi Louisse! Saan ka galing? Bigla ka na lang nawawala dyan!" Heto nanaman tong kaibigan kong halimaw.
Hindi ko sya pinansin. Dumiretso lang ako kina Ate Aly na nagpapahinga.
"Ate Aly!" Sigaw ko.
"Oh! Ano? Napano? Ay! Jhoana pwede next time 'wag mo na ko gulatin?" Patawang sabi neto.
"Ito na snacks nyo." Patawang sabi ko sabay lapag sa mga burgers.
"Para sating lahat yan. Except kay Jia!" Sabi ko sabay irap kay Jia, hindi sya kumibo "Joke lang! Awayin mo pa ko ulit." Dagdag ko.
"Napano kayo?" Tanong ni Ate Den.
"Wala man." I answered plainly.
"AAHH!! BITAAW!!!" Napatili ako ng napakalakas sa biglang pagbuhat sakin ni Jia
"WALA PALA HA! HAHAHAHA"
"BITAW SABI E!" Jia let me go.
"AYIEEE!" Sigaw ng teammates ko pati na ang mga nagtryout.
"Anong ginagawa mo! Bwisit!" Irita kong sabi.
"Girls, 'wag na nga kayo mag away. Wala talagang araw na di kayo nag aaway ano." Sabi ni Ate Ella
"Okay trainees, Congrats sa inyong lahat for making this try-outs and I will just post on the bulletin board the passers for this try-outs. If you didn't passed it you could take the try-outs again for the next season but if you passed, then see you later after school 5pm doon ko na lang sasabihin kung para saan." Pageexplain ni Ate Aly sa kanila.
"Tara na para makapag freshen up na tayong lahat." Yaya ni Ate Den
"Except me! HAHA I'll just wait you."
I waited them inside the locker room din, syempre chineck ko din yung gamit ko sa locker para if may kulang I can complete it again.
"You guys done?" I asked them
They answered me with a nod.
"Ready na kayo pumasok sa mga classes nyo?" I asked sarcastically.
"Pwede ba Jho, 'wag mo na paalala nakakatamad lang e." Sagot ni Jules
"C'mon Jules, we all know na yung prof mo sa chemistry yung pinaka crush mo and chemistry ang papasukan mo ngayon." Sabi ni Ate Kat.
