Alarms were going off in the Hunters' base, catching the attention of two young women.

"What the heck?!"

They ran up and saw on the screen showing a radar, there was an area on the map that was beginning to glow yellow, like the radar had been picking up an energy source.

"What's with this spike of magic energy?"

"It's really powerful..."

As they were examining, their commander approached them, calling both of their names.

They immediately turned around, saluting her.

"It seems like there's some witch activity going on."

"Yes, we saw."

"It appears to be occurring in the same location that the Rose Princess was reported to have awakened. Awfully suspicious, wouldn't you say?"

"With such a level of magic energy, what could they have been doing?"

The commander's eyes narrowed. "Perhaps the two of you should go investigate. Just to make sure they aren't causing any trouble."

"Yes, ma'am." Both Hunters saluted.

...

After getting home from shopping, Yuri asked if she could stay for dinner again so she could talk to Yena and Yujin about the events that transpired earlier that day.

After eating, the two went up to Yena's room. After closing the door, Yujin turned back into her human form, Yena giving her some pudding to eat as an after-dinner snack.

They all sat around the room and Yuri explained to them what had happened.

"What?! You stopped time?!"

"Shh! Not so loud, Yena!" Yuri hissed.

"So that means you're a witch! That's amazing!"

"It's not! I mean... I'm just a normal person. And so are my mom and dad. There's no way I could actually be a witch... Right?"

"Well, stranger things have happened," Yena said, remaining optimistic. "I mean, we just found out my pet puppy is actually a werewolf girl."

"But I still can't accept it!" Yuri said, hugging her arms. "Magic, witches, werewolves... Things like that I've only ever heard in fairytales... I just can't accept them suddenly being real..."

"Yuri..."

"I'm sorry... I better go home," Yuri stood up, grabbing her bag. "I'll talk to you later, Yena..."

"Wait, Yuri!"

Yena felt Yujin grab her hand, preventing her from going after her friend as she left.

"Let's leave her alone. She may just need some time to herself."

"I hope..." Yena frowned.

"Come on, don't be so sad," Yujin said, trying to cheer her up.

"Sorry... I just wish I could do something..."

Yena tried to think of something she could do to cheer Yuri up. She then remembered the old fortune teller lady she had encountered in the past.

"That's it... Madam Bam!"

"Who?"

"She's a fortune teller who owns a shop downtown! Let's go see her tomorrow morning and ask for her advice!"

"Ooh~ A fortune teller?! Maybe she's a witch, too!"

"Maybe! We'll find out!"

The two then heard a knock on her door.
