Levi and Riaville

Enemies

Levi froze. Then there was loud blare of the sirens as all of the kids were informed of an intruder drill.

But even the teachers seemed panicked, and Levi knew that something was wrong.

Petra was quivering and they got separated as teachers pushed them towards certain rooms meant for lockdowns.

Eren hugged the smaller boy, whispering, "It's gonna be okay. I'll protect you."

Levi sighed and steadied himself, pressed against the storage room with the other kids as Mr.Smith watched over them with furrowed eyebrows.

He could just sense the tension in the air as some of the students moved restlessly against the walls.,'

Some were relaxed, uncaring, but many were worried, murmuring whispered words to other kids as they became even more panicked as nothing happened for the longest time.

Finally, there was a gruff voice on the speaker.

"Get out into the courtyard. Or your previous principal might be hurt."

There were screams of panic coming from the girls as some started to realize that it wasn't the principal talking, but instead, someone threatening them.

Mr.Smith tried to calm down the frazzled and now screaming students before Eren unwrapped his arms around Levi and stood up.

"Mr.Smith, I think we should go. We shouldn't hide here like cowards. Who wants to go and check it out?" He said, his gaze sweeping across the room.

Almost all of the students stood up and agreed.

Mr.Smith looked startled, ready to talk some sense into him, and Eren smirked. "You're really gonna oppose me? The King of Sina High School?"

The blonde man backed down easily.

Riaville was disgusted but didn't say anything as Levi became nervous.

Eren held his hand with a smile. "It's alright. I'm here to protect you."

Riaville rolled his eyes. If he was correct, he'd be the one protecting Eren.

They went out into the courtyard, only to see a man with a grizzled beard and an exhausted, haunted look.

He smirked, his eyes glinting. "So... where is my precious nephew?"

There were murmurs of shock.

Eren sighed. "Who are you? What are you doing here?"

"Didn't you figure it out? I'm taking all of you hostage until my nephew comes to save your sorry asses."

Eren glared. He was getting pissed, Levi could tell. The smaller boy tucked his boy into the alpha's side as both of them started to leak angry alpha pheromones.

Finally, after getting sick of the stench of the two alphas, Levi stepped forward, a glare on his face as his eyes glinted grey.

His scent was burning, a mixture between mint and herbs that saturated the air intoxicatingly.

Eren felt himself yearn for it.

"Uncle," he hissed, as almost everyone gasped. Eren watched him walk towards the other alpha with wide eyes of horror.

"What the fuck do you want?" He said darkly, his stance defiant against the other.

"Ahhh, Riaville! Where's little Levi? I'm sure he'd greet me properly." Kenny said cheerfully, unsheathing his gun from its place and spinning it around on his fingers.

The kids were alarmed, and many were now screaming in fear as they moved back.

Riaville clutched his hands. "Well, Kenny, he's not here right now. What the fuck do you want?!"

"The fellows at my work want you back. The experiment has failed it seems." Kenny said nonchalantly.

"The fuck?! You and your goddamn friends fucking locked me up and used my body for your little science project and now you want me back?! Fuck you, I'm gonna tear your dick from your body, you asshole!" Riaville hissed, before charging forward and kicking the gun away with a roundhouse as he grabbed it before pointing towards Kenny.

Kenny looked relaxed, almost playful. "My, my. Always quick to anger, Riaville. Where's Levi? I'm sure he'll be a lot more kind."

Riaville's posture became relaxed, open and a bit more soft.

His scent became sweeter, like his usual cornflower and honey syrup dripping in rose water.

Everyone blinked as Levi's blue eyes gazed at Kenny with a cold, blank look.

"Sorry, Uncle." His voice was soft. "But I won't be as merciful as Riaville. It's your fault we're stuck like this."

He pointed the gun towards Kenny's head, who didn't even flinch.

"Say goodbye, Kenny."

And pressed the trigger.
