Levi and Riaville

Dream...

Eren woke up with a start.

What on Earth? What was that?

He stared down at his green bedsheets and gaped, trying to process what was happening.

Eventually, he scrambled off the bed and raced downstairs. He glared at the maids and grabbed a butler, demanding, "How did I get home? What happened yesterday at school?"

The butler trembled and then said, "Sir, you.... you got home here by yourself. Nothing happened at school."

Eren released him. How? Then how come he couldn't remember anything?

He stared speechlessly at the butler and then finally just turned.

He couldn't have dreamed that. How could he have dreamt that poor, innocent, weak, lovely little Levi was someone who was a scientific experiment? Eren couldn't believe it.

He raced to school in his car, refusing to get on the bus so he could quickly get to school.

When he got to school, there was no Levi.

In fact, no one knew what a 'Levi Ackerman' was.

"My queen! He's my queen!" He demanded, shaking a poor guy. The beta shook his head and said awkwardly, "Your Majesty, I-I've never heard of someone named 'Levi' in our school. I swear! Y-Your Majesty, y-y-your scent is leaking...."

Eren couldn't even think. He punched the guy in the face and dumped him on the floor. He snarled soundlessly, feeling the panic inside of him rise and explode.

Where was Levi?! He looked towards the doors and his vision narrowed on Petra.

"You! Petra Ral, get over here!"

Petra stumbled once and then ran over to him, kneeling on the floor before him as his scent raged around her. "Y-Your Majesty! I am here!"

"Where. Is. Levi."

"W-Who's Levi...?"

His scent exploded! The smell of his fury and rage made everyone fall to their knees as he felt his teeth grind together.

They couldn't have disobeyed him. They wouldn't dare. So how did they forget?

He paused. Then he looked down ferociously and said, "What happened yesterday? Did anything out of the ordinary happen?"

Did he sound desperate? He sounded desperate, even to his own ears.

But it couldn't have been a dream! It couldn't have!

Petra shook her head slowly, trembling in fear. "N-Nothing happened, Your Majesty. I-I'm sorry for your anger."

Eren broke the lockers.

Levi stared at the reflective glass, knowing that despite how it looked, there were people observing him through the other side.

Whatever, let them look. He needed to speak to the other him.

"Rivaille.... are you mad at me?"

"It's your fault! You accepted Uncle's invitation to save some... some alpha...! Some stupid alpha we barely even know!" Rivaille roared at Levi, clenching his hands.

Levi timidly scratched his hair and said, "B-But Rivaille! E-Eren is so sweet to us! And he's handsome and strong and cool and sweet...." he looked dreamily away.

"To hell with that! Why'd you accept!? If you hadn't missed, we would've killed Uncle Kenny and then ran away!"

"As criminals?!"

"It's better than having trash alive!"

Rivaille breathed harshly. He sank to his knees. Levi's voice echoed softly in his head.

"It's okay, Rivaille. We may have come back to the science institution but at least... at least Eren is safe, right?"
