Someone's In The Woods!

Back at the Knothole, not too long after Willow and Silver went back to their time zone, they returned.  Time travel, amiright?  Silver emerged looking better than ever.  

Silver) Hey yall! I'm back, did you miss me?
He let's out a wink before showing off a goofy smile as Willow followed behind him

Sonic) wow that didn't take long at all! Glad to see you're better sil!

Silver brushes his quils back and let's out a small laugh

Silver) yeah in an out in about an hour tops

Willow) it took 5 months for you to recover.

Silver starred into the abyss

Silver) please just let me have this babe
Shadow huffed as he rolled his eyes before walking up to the newly returned allies.

Willow) oh hey shadow, how are ya holding up?

Shadow) what is that supposed to imply? But since you're clearly dying to know I'm doing absolutely wonderful.
His eye twitches as he turns around and exits, slamming the door behind him.

Sonic) give him some time. I know how I was when Fiona left me. I honestly don't know what girls see in that guy.

Willow) it's because of his edgy aesthetic and his absolutely handsome face~
Shock snaps onto Silvers face before Willow elbows him in the stomach

Willow) I'm just fucking with you hun. You're my one and only plus, he smells.
Silver let's out a sigh of relief as he scratched the back of his head.

Silver) no but seriously what's the plan now?
Silver looked around at the other freedom fighters

Sonic) We contacted Sally and Rotor to let Nicole put a force field up that only we can pass through.

Silver) Alright that's good..  

Willow) Silver and I should scout the area..  They probably opened a warp ring somewhere..  If they did we can close it.

Shadow's ears twitched whenever he heard Willow say that.  He glanced over at them and tuned into the conversation.  

Sonic) Okay, but be careful out there.

Willow) Don't worry we'll be okay, we'll be back soon.

Silver and Willow headed out the door.  Shadow quietly walked out the door when nobody was looking shortly afterward to follow them.

Scourge) What do you mean you don't know?!

Scourge slammed his fist into the wall behind Rika right next to her head.  Rika teared up and used her arms to defend her face.  

Rika) I...  I haven't really adjusted well to this.. and--

Scourge) Don't make up excuses!

Rika could hear Scourge grind his teeth in frustration.  He grabbed her shoulders, gripping them hard.  He got close to her face to the point where she could see every detail in his eye.  

Rika) Stop it..!

Scourge) You won't leave me got it?  Got it?!

Rika held back her tears, her sobs, her cries of help.  She frowned and pushed Scourge off of her.

Rika) Don't treat me like i'm an item Scourge!!  I'm not your personal weapon!  I'm a living creature just like you!  I decided to join you because I thought we could have something more!!!

Scourge) Something more, eh?

Rika) D-don't take it like that, I wanted to get to know you more and help you, I'm not here just for that!!

Scourge) You said it..  I'll give it to ya and let you go if that's what you want..

Rika) Wait wait no, hear me out please-- Scourge!!

Willow) I'll go right you can go left.

Silver) okay got it, call if you need me, I'll be flying overhead.

Willow and Silver started searching through the forest.  Silver used his telekinesis to lift himself so he could see above the forest.  Willow walked down a small trail in the forest, every step she took could be heard throughout the forest.  She picked up her pace so she could explore the forest faster.  Silver called down to her.

Silver) Doin' alright?

Willow) I am!  Thanks!

Willow continued trotting down the trail.  Looking around hoping to find something so they wouldn't have to keep worrying about it..  Suddenly..  A loud cracking noise is heard, deep into the forest.  Willow runs towards the sound.  Not too far behind her, Shadow follows her quietly.  Willow stops behind a large tree and peeks around it to see an opened, cracked warp ring with electricity sparking all around it.  The warp ring starts to fall apart as something flies out of it and hits the ground.  The warp ring shatters completely.  Willow notices that the thing tat came out of the ring is a small lemur mobian.  Willow gasps.

Willow) Silver!!!  There's someone in the woods!!!!!!!
