Chapter 4~ Taking A Risk

"You WHAT?" i say backing up.

"I like you. i like hanging out with you."

"Why!? you don't even know who i am, Isak!"

"Yes i-"

"No you don't! seriously what the fu-"

"your name is Isak Dillon, your 18 years old, you live at 23 york street. you love cats and horses and you love drawing. your really shy and don't have many friends because your an introvert. i know you have history, english, art, and math. you grew up in your current house with your mom because your drunk of a dad left you and your mom when you were 6. he hurt you and your mom whenever he was drunk. i know you Isak."

I just stood there in disbelief, "How..How do you know all that. Who told you about my dad?!"

I start to spiral thinking about my dad. he was such an asshole to my family. the world is spinning and i lose my balance and fall to the ground and start to have a panic attack.

my heart races and my breathing gets fast and heavy. "Isak? you okay?"

i can't answer because i can't find my voice. i start crying because i don't know what to do. i crawl up to a tree and sit with my back against it. Even runs over to my side, "Your having a panic attack! listen to me Isak focus on your breathing! in and out. in and out!"

i start punching the tree and my knuckles sting with pain.

"ISAK! STOP!" Even hugs me and i instantly break down. i held these tears in for 12 years and i didn't even care that Even was holding me.

"It's okay. calm down. shh. i'm here."

I notice my breathing goes back to normal and my heart is calming down.

"thank you. thank you for helping me."

he smiles. and oh his smile is adorable.

"No problem man. but i'm not kidding"

"About what?"

he walks closer to me, "about liking you!"

his lips crash into mine and everything slips away. i feel the fireworks. i feel the spark. does he?

he breaks the kiss and lays his forehead on mine. "told you"

I smile, "let's go to my house. my mom is on vacation with her friend in Kentucky."

he smiles ear to ear, "okay"
