-Readers POV-

I felt a burning surging through my entire body. I felt myself shaking with pain and fear. What is happening? My thoughts were becoming cold, dark and twisted. My emotions were fading to a faint mist of what I used to feel. Why? Black...it was seeping into evey part of me. Twisting and turning and dancing in my veins. The only left that I felt was a small emotion. One thing that kept me sane. It meant so much to me. That emotion was love. The love I felt for Sebastian. The love that I would and will always hold onto, dead or not. I would find a way. If I survived whatever was happening to me...

-Claudes POV-

I laid ____ on a bed, tying leather restraints onto her wrists and ankles. I then gently brushed away her silken hair away from her neck revealing the mark I gave her. It began to glow my ungloved fingers grew closer and I laid my hand upon the marking. ___ jolted a bit as a stinging sensation briefly overcame her.

"Its time."

I grabbed a nearby dagger and dragged the blade over my palm. I then moved the blade to ____s neck where i made a small slice across the mark I gave her. Just enough to draw blood. I then placed my bleeding palm over the mark and began to transfer my demon blood to her. Soon she will be a demon along with me, and live the long walk of time with me. She will have no choice but to listen to me, to obey me, and best of all, to love me. I smirked to myself as I thought of it. Just a little longer...

- Sebastians POV-

I knew I didnt have much time. I had to hurry. I ran through streets and from streets to bundles of trees. Trees. I must be getting close. An abundance of trees lie by the Trancy manor. ____ dont worry. I can tell you are distraught but I am coming. I will never let you go once I find you. I will save you and make sure you are ok! I cant lose you. Not after what I found in you. Not after I found love within myself for you.

*ARRIVING AT THE TRANCY MANOR*

I finally arrived at that damned spiders manor. That man wont ever get to experience the effect of what he did to ___ because I will kill him before he gets the chance. I knew my eyes were glowing a dangerous blood red at the moment and if I didn't find ___ I might just explode. I needed to make sure she was ok.

I burst through the doors to find a pacing Alois. His delicate hands on his hips as he looked down mumbling to himself. His eyes wondered up to me and widened, his look held panic but also worry. He must know just as well as I do that from the look in my eyes, something had happened to ___. He paused his pacing. We exchanged long looks and from it he knew. He knew what was happening or about to happen.

"No..." Was all he could say before he broke in a mad dash up the flight of stairs to the very room which he assumed ____ and Claude were in. I followed the young and frail boy. He burst through a pair of large doors at the end of a long hallway. He slammed open the doors and to our dismay, no one was there.

"I know where the bastard is." He said, darkness in his words. I smirked at his tongue and rage that he felt for his beloved Claude. He must have felt just as I did. Ready to murder the son of a bitch. (Sorry for the bad language if you dont like that kind of thing!) My glowing eyes grew even brighter at the thought. I followed Alois once again across another group of long hallways until finally landing on one ominous looking door.

"This has to be it. Darkness is seeping through its cracks!" Alois exclaimed through clenched teeth, his hands balled into tight fists. He then grabbed onto the door knob and ripped it open, revealing a soft glow in the room. It was not a very pleasant glow for it held a certain feel that made my very being quiver with hatred. There on a bed, lie ___ and standing beside her was Claude, his hand placed over her neck. I knew exactly what he was doing.

"Claude Faustus." I said, my head bowed, casting dark twisted shadows across my face, my demon aura distorting my very shadow. Claude chuckled to himself before looking over to me, then to Alois.

"You damn ba-"

"Claude! How could you! You bloody bastard!" Alois yelled as he grabbed a dagger from his boot and ran at Claude, screaming. The knife buried itself inside Claudes arm as he went and grabbed Alois by the neck. He then proceeded to slam the boy into the wall in which the head of the bed rested against. Alois choked and coughed, but kept his cool gaze upon his lowly butler.

"I thought *cough* I told you *choke* to stay away from ____" Alois managed to get out as he scratched and clawed at his butlers and arm. Claude smirked. "I marked her. From that point forward, nothing you could have said or ordered would keep me away, your highness." He said in a teasing tone. Alois looked down, almost defeated. "You should have never meddled in it." Claude added, his grip on the boys neck tightening.

"Come now, Faustus, thats cold, even for you." I said, my arms crossed over my chest as my lips were quirked in a taunting grin. Claude laughed. "Be careful what you say. I will have full control over ___ once I am finished." He said with a venomous snarl. I growled. I turned my attention on the very pale looking ___ whos face was laced with pain. My eyes wondered onto Alois, who wasnt looking good either. His face was turning red from lose of oxygen and I knew it wouldnt be long before he passed out from lack of air. Alois tried to speak again.

"Stop this," He clawed at Claudes hand once more, "Claude. *cough cough* I order..you..." Claude gave a malicious laugh. "Your orders mean nothing now, your highness." he mocked. My eyes made contact with Alois's and thats when I realized what he was doing. He was stalling. He was well aware that his words meant nothing, but they were a distraction from Claudes attention to me and to ___. I took this opportunity to grab a few knives from my breast pocket. I then flung them at Claude with as much force as I could in this human form. They ripped through his waist and stuck in the wall in which Alois was against. He let out a howl of annoyance mixed with pain. He instinctively released Alois and ripped his hand away from ___.

I ran over to her to see if she was alright while Alois began to slice at Claude with his dagger to keep him away from us. I checked her pulse which was weak. My heart dropped at her mark. The mark that started this all. My beautiful ___, what has he done to you? My brows furrowed in frustration I stroked her soft cheek, brushing away a few strands of silken hair. I bowed my head and clenched my jaw. "Im sorry... I couldn't s-" I was cut off by a low growl.

"Get your filthy hands off of her, Michaelis." Claude uttered as he ripped Alois's knife out of his chest as he slowly and feebly stood up. My eyes searched for Alois and found him in a crumbled heap on in the darkest of corners in this room. I quirked a brow at the sight and my eyes found Claude once more.

"You know Claude...jealousy doesn't suit you." I smirked and lifted my chin in defiance. I tried my best to appear stoic and calm but in reality I felt lost and defeated. "You're too late. She has succumbed to the darkness already. She is a fiend of hell now." He gave a cruel and twisted grin. "Too bad you wont be able to see her when she has awaken." I snarled before I threw several knives in his direction, piercing his arms and legs against the wall. I sauntered up to him and three more knives appeared in my hand, fanned between my fingers. "Its time to end this once and for all, dont you agree?" I patronized him. He looked down and snarled, wiggling his arms and legs as an attempt to escape my knives, but Alois' constant stabbing and slicing had an effect on his stamina.

I examined the knives, running my fingers along their blades. "Hm..." I grabbed the sharpest knive and threw the others into his chest. He winced and clenched his teeth but did nothing more. I held the knife against his throat. "What a pity... you couldnt even pass for an efficiant butler." I gave an exasperated sigh and pushed the knife harder against his neck. "Even if you kill me, nothing will be as it was." Claude muttered. I lowered my head, knowing exactly what I wanted to do. "I know." I said grudgingly. Claude gave me a smirk of defiance. Almost to say that he won. I snarled. "Times up, Claude." I was about to end his sorry life, but the sound of a new voice echoed through the room catching both Claude and my attention. No..not now....
