Harlem
You never realize that you like someone until you watch them like someone else.
“What are you still doing here?” I asked when I noticed Jake walking towards my direction. Ang alam ko may test pa sila bukas. -.-‘
“Manonood din. Masama ba?” I rolled my eyes tapos inayos yung upo ko. Then it was his turn to question me. Matanong ang bata! “Ikaw? Why are you still up?”
“I’m waiting for Kara and Qen.”
“Ahhh. Late na a, wala pa rin yung 2. Tinawagan mo na ba sila?” Tapos I squeeled. “Walang sumasagot e.Maybe they’re okay na and they don’t want to be disturbed?!
“Ganun?” He asked in amusement.
“Hohoh! Told you, I’m a genius!” Tumawa sya tapos tinanggal nya yung unan sa tabi ko.
“Haha. So feeling mo Cupid-in-disguise ka?”
“Of course! We've been waitng for this di ba? Para magka-ayos na yung 2!”
“Haha. Oh,dali na. Move..Move.” >.< Aba!Kapal ng mukha a! Ako pa pinausod. >.<
“Ano bang pinapanood mo?”
“Ewan. Wala pa e. Kakatapos lang ng isang comedy movie e. Ewan ko kung anong susunod.”
Tas ayun, opening credits na. The setting was familiar, tas ang bida si Kim and Gerald. Ahhmygolly. >.< Ang awkward nung sayaw ni Gerald Anderson sa una. Buti na lang e pogi sya---kung hindi. XD
“Paano na Kaya pala!” I exclaimed after realizing the title of the movie thanks to Gerald’s awkward este sexy dance. HA! I knew it.
Jake looked at me with eyes glazed over. He scoffed. “Naku! Kayong mga babae talaga.Kung anu-ano pinapanod nyo. What is it all about?” He asked, his eyes focused solely on the movie alone and then he broke into a small smile when Kim entered the scene.
“Cute ni Kim.”
“Chiu o Suarez?”
“Syempre Suarez!” He exclaimed, getting giddy all of a sudden. Napangiti na lang ako sa kanya. Iba na talaga pagtinamaan ka ano?
“Agree.” I said as I tried to focus my attention on something else. Pero walang effect as I found myself feeling heavy all of a sudden. “Hm.. Harlem..” He calls my name as though it was the most natural thing to do in this world… then he paused for a moment, remembering something. “Di ba eto yung best friends sila?” He asked and then I nodded. “Tas ano na nga ulet nangyari?”
