[1:45 a.m]A loud scrape from the branches of the tree against the window strikes sharply. Making an individual stirred up from her bed and undoubtedly stands up, dragging the silky white duvet to fall on the floor. It's been snowing, winter's here and Christmas is coming.
She headed to the bathroom as she pulled the cupboard open. Rummaging to an awful sight of pills and painkillers---She had it most of the time. When she can't control her anxiety or she's having a hard time sleeping. This is her daily routine now, it's nothing strange.
Though her doctor that is also her humble cousin tried to stop her from indulging this pills whenever she does to or want to, because it is not healthy anymore, The medicines cannot cure her. She needs to be healed in a proper way. Her insomnia can't be treated that easily, Not to mention her trauma. She needs to go back to where she had it. For her to get over it.
She knew where it all came from. The dreams that she found out were her lost memories, her claustrophobia and the scars remind her of what she had experienced 13 years ago, where she was locked up in a box as the crane lift her where it was threatening to fall. A guy that she killed. Also her Dad, she remembered him, she can't blame anyone though. She's not even supposed to be here if it wasn't for the MANOBAN CORP. She's just a decoy anyway.
She went back to bed as she tucked herself with her silky duvet and pulled a small case inside her nightstand.
The case has a leather coated exterior and a beautifully designed wood on top of it where a Letter "M" carved in. She opened it at ease as she focused on the silvery-jewelry inside.
She pulled it out and placed it to her hand. It's the ring-necklace Jennie used to wear. She smiled at the sight as she folded her sleeves until her bracelet was visible.
The linings of the bracelet where an initial of 'P' was also carved. The little key beside the initial fits perfectly to the small circle between the ring and the necklace. As soon as she turned the key, The ring fell as it separates itself from the necklace.
"No one can tell that I'm the one aside from you, because this ring will never leave the necklace if I won't let it. I always got the key..." she whispered under her breath.
Little did she know, What she's feeling before would never be gone. Because it was there once...and it will be there forever.
[Flashback]
It was a cold breezy night when two young girls came running off to the cliff. Where they always agreed to meet up.
The little blonde haired girl pulled the other one as they ran under the starry night but then she stopped when they reached a certain spot. Rocky hill with tall grasses.
"I'm going up there!" The blonde exclaimed as she pointed at the huge rock lying on top of the others.
"Yes! Take me with you then, the view from up there must be amazing!" The cat-eyed girl replied enthusiastically.
So they went up there as agreed and they're not disappointed, the view is fabulous.
" and here, right now and right this moment. I'll promise you one thing Nini..." The little blonde said with all gentleness as the other one snorted.
The blonde pulled the other's hand as she kisses it. Pulled something out of her pocket and made the cat-eyed girl turn her back as she locked the necklace around her neck.
"There, From now on. You had promised your life to me, That ring will never leave the necklace unless I let them." The blonde said.
"The bracelet that you once gave, I hope you don't mind but I gave it a little bit more decorations and thought that I could put this little key beside your endearment.." The blonde added as she gave the bracelet back to her owner as the little key hangs beside the initial "P" which means 'princess'.
