It takes a while, but suddenly we're in front of a cave, one of the caves Lincoln used, and suddenly I can't breathe. I watch Bellamy as he stares at the entrance, seemingly debating the best way to go about this, as I glance around to see if Tala or Lincoln are here. My eyes are wide as I study the forest, desperately looking for my friends.

"Hey." Finn grabs my arm and I jump, being so lost in my thoughts I almost forget that there are other people around. He takes my jumping as a sign I'm afraid of more Grounders nearby, and I don't care about looking like a wimp if only it conceals why I'm really afraid.

"Woah, you okay?" He asks.

"I-I'm fine." I give a reassuring smile and he nods.

"We'll be okay, just stay behind me." Finn says and I suppress the urge to laugh.

He thinks I'm a damsel in distress. I think with almost a sense of anger. Boy, is he damn wrong.

"Okay." I whisper, smiling for him again, but as he turns I roll my eyes.

We enter the cave, Finn behind Bellamy, me behind Finn, then Jasper and the girl in back. Octavia is chained to the wall and Lincoln is at her feet with a deep gash in his head. My stomach twirls as I see him, wondering if I would be able to take down the group of people and run away with Lincoln, but deciding against it. If Lincoln is taken to camp, I can easily contact Tala and sneak him out, without blowing my cover. So I wait.

Bellamy calls an order to the girl, her name being Monroe apparently, then unchains his sister. She gets up, hugging her brother tightly, then hopping to Jasper to give him an embrace as well.

"How did you find me?" She asks.

"We, uh, followed him." I smile. She turns to me, squeezing me in a bear hug.

"We should go before he wakes up." Octavia says, frowning fearfully.

"He isn't gonna wake up." Bellamy angrily responds and my blood runs cold. He saunters to grab a spear by the tunnel that leads into the cave entrance as I stare in horror at Lincoln, trying as much as possible not to let my facial features betray my friendship.

"Bellamy, stop." Octavia speaks, grabbing his arm. "Please, he didn't hurt me, we should just go." As she speaks, I realize my opportunity. I step in front of Lincoln, blocking Bellamy from being able to hurt him. Finn crouches next to Lincoln's body, looking at something.

"He took you, Octavia, he started this. Cal, move." Bellamy orders.

"Foghorn." I hear Finn murmur. Just then, Lincoln stabs Finn with a knife, knocking him backwards, as Bellamy pushes me. I hit the wall, staring in horror at the scene before me.

Lincoln kicks Bellamy's legs and he falls, quickly getting back up and trying to stab Lincoln. I don't know what to do, I don't even think Lincoln's seen me yet, but I do know that if it was only Bellamy and Lincoln in a fight, my Grounder friend would most certainly win. Suddenly, as they struggle, I remember Finn.

Dropping to my knees, I kneel next to Octavia, who's already started to inspect his wound. Octavia suddenly turns, screaming,

"Stop! He's my brother!" I turn to see Lincoln above Bellamy, a spear barely a half inch from impaling the boy's jugular.

"No!" I yelp, and Lincoln glances to the side, catching my eye, and widening his.

That's when Jasper saves the day. He hits the back of Lincoln's head with another spear, taking advantage of his momentary shock.

We struggle back to camp, Bellamy carrying Finn while I help Octavia along, Jasper running up ahead to get Clarke as soon as we're close. Clarke's there a second after Jasper calls for her, a group commencing around us and taking Finn back to the dropship. Raven asks Clarke if she can save him and Clarke says her mother can, ordering Raven to get in contact with her. I hang behind, watching the fiasco, but turning to go back out when most people have gone.

A second after I step outside of the door, I lean against the wall, gasping for air and hear Octavia and Bellamy talking.

"Why were you defending him?" He barks,

"He saved my life." Octavia says with such a determined conviction that makes me believe she can be a good ally. She isn't afraid to see things for what they are and believe in the good people can have, I smile a bit. There is something in the way Lincoln protected her, a kindness, something I may have been the recipient of in the past, but a different way. He looked at her differently than he looks at me or Tala and suddenly I find myself wondering about his reasoning for saving her.

I hear Octavia and Bellamy continue fighting and suddenly their talk turns from Lincoln and Finn to personal attacks.

I try blocking them out as I start to walk. I hate their fighting, I hate the way they are siblings, the only siblings there are, and yet even they can't take a break from arguing and seeming to hate each other long enough to get absolutely anything done. A kid stands a few feet from the entrance to camp, very obviously on guard, and I debate how on earth I can get around him to go back to Lincoln. I have to have a much needed conversation with him, one that should have taken place at least a week prior, and I need to find a way to get him to not be found by the 100. If Bellamy or anyone else gets a hold of him...

Don't get me wrong, Lincoln can take damn good care of himself, but not hurt against an angry brother with a vendetta and his lackeys. Tala is right, Lincoln needs me. The thought of Tala makes me suddenly wonder where on earth she went, where she is now and if she somehow got hurt by one of my people. My heart briefly does a flip flop, but I'm thrown from my own head when I hear speaking.

"What are you doing out here, Cal?" The boy now standing in front of me asks, his name escaping me. Have I met him and forgotten or did he just hear my name yelled by Bellamy once?

"I-"

"Get inside, both of you." Bellamy saves me from feigning an explanation. I turn to face him as he speaks to both of us. The boy moves past me with a pointed look and then he's through the gate, beyond Bellamy. "Storm's coming." He adds as I look behind me at the dark, thick clouds starting to swirl above our heads.

He's right. I think, my stomach twisting at the thought of Lincoln, Tala and an injured Finn. A storm's coming and I can't do a damned thing about it.
