Camila's POV

"Alright Camila you'll be out by tomorrow you have being doing amazing" He says. "Thank you for everything Dr. Flores" I said. "No problem Camila" He says. "Now remember if you ever need anything don't be afraid to ask me your a friend now Mila" He says with a smile.

I hear the door open. Cynthia and Jacob come in. "Oh my god Mila" Cynthia says hugging me. Dr. Flores leaves after greeting my friends. The problem is Lauren hasn't bring up anything since two days ago. I'm kinda scared but I don't know what's up. She hasn't been here at the hospital either. But I mean I get it she still has to study.

"Cynthia hey" I said hugging her. "Hey Jacob" I said and he smiles at me. We talk for a while. Jacob goes off to the restroom and Cynthia sits next to me. "When are you getting out?" She asks. "Tomorrow" I said. "That's good" She says. "I'm sorry I wasn't here I was busy with college but I swear I wanted to come since I heard about it" She says. "It's fine I get it" I said.

She smiles and touches my arm. I touch her hand and she smiles. "I'm sorry" She says. "It's fine" I said "I'm glad your here now" I said. She stands up. "I'm sorry for this" She says. Cynthia leans down and connects our lips. My eyes widen but I kiss back.

I wrap my arm around her neck pulling her closer. The door opens and a gasp is heard. We pull away quickly. I see Lauren at the door with a bouquet of flowers. She drops them and a tear falls down. "Lauren" I said. "I'm sorry" Cynthia says walking out.

"So I've been busy with school and I come back to this" Lauren says. "I..." I trail "No need" She says. "I have a girlfriend, were just friends if you want her then don't let me hold you back" Lauren says. I stare in her eyes.

"Ok" I said. She nods. Lauren picks the flowers back up. "I just came to see you" She says. Lauren puts the flowers on the table. "See you" She says "Bye" I said trying to hold tears.

Lauren's POV

I close the door feeling a tear roll down. "Fuck this" I said "It's not worth fighting for her" I said running my hand through my hair. "I have Rae" I whisper. And leave the hospital.
