Y/N POV
"I'm going to get drinks at Starbucks! Do you want anything?" Grayson asks.
"I guess I'll just get my regular" I respond.
"Could you ask Ethan what he wants."
"Yeah"
I walk over to Ethan's rooms. He's sitting on his bed.
"Hey E! Do you want anything from Starbucks?" I ask.
He responds with "No thanks"
I'm about to exit his room when he says " I have something to tell you".
I walk over to his bed and sit down. "Spill" I say.
He sighs. "You have to promise you won't tell Gray though"
"Uh...okay" I say confused.
"I like you y/n"
I sit there confused. Me and Grayson have been dating for 2 years and now Ethan is telling me he likes me?
"What?" I ask.
"I like you...more than a friend" he says almost in a whisper.
"I-I don't know what to say. I'm dating Grayson."
"I know, but I can't hide my feelings anymore"
We sit there in silence.
"Ethan, I'm dating Grayson. When we first started dating I asked Gray if you were okay with us dating. He told me you said it was okay. You were happy for us."
"I know, but I lied. I just wanted Grayson to be happy. I wasn't thinking about myself and I tears me apart to see you together." He explains.
"I don't think you like me. I think we're just so close that you think you like me. We're just close friends."
"No y/n! You're not listening. I like you. I might be in love you you" He seems almost angry now.
I lean over his bed my elbows on my knees and my hands support my head. I don't know why but I start crying. I guess all this information is overwhelming and I don't want to lose Ethan as a friend. Things will just be too weird.
Grayson would put Ethan over me so I could lose him too. They're my only friends.
I get up. "I'm sorry, I have to go." I speed walk to my car when Ethan yells, "What y/n!"
I turn around.
"It was a PRANK!" He bursts out laughing.
Grayson comes from behind his car with a camera.
"Oh my god I hate you guys!" I say a little mad but also happy that it was just a prank.
I flip them both off.
They both hug me. Ethan says, "I felt so bad when you started to cry!"
"Good!" I yell out to him.
They both apologize.
"It's okay! I'm just glad it was a prank. I was mostly confused and in my head I thought it was a prank, but I didn't think Ethan was such a good actor!"
We all laugh and we film the outro to their video. "I'm so going to get you guys back!"
