Chapter Six//"Beachin"
Recap
"I got it," I heard Grant say. I feel him walk over to me, I shut my eyes. I feel his slide under my thighs and back, I try not flinch. I'm easily lifted into the air, bridal style. Grant presses me close to him, I breath in his scent, Old spice. I found my self snuggling closer to him. He lets out a small chuckle. He's so warm, like a personal heater. He carries me up the steps and in my room he lays me gently on my bed, he moves my hair off my forehead and leans in and presses a kiss to my forehead.
I hear him leave and shut the door.
"Goodnight Bo," I hear Claire say. Im left with own thoughts, they swirl like tornado in my mind. Who's Grant and how does he know me so well, what aren't they telling me. I want scream in frustration but I can't.
The hour ticks by, I can't sleep. My body is asleep but my minds awake. Eventually sleep gets the best of me and I'm thankful.

Bo Addams
My eyes open, letting the light sting my sleepy eyes. I winced, I shut my eyes tight, I stretched my tight muscles. A few of my stiff limbs cracking. I laid in bed for a few minutes. I sighed, threw my legs on to the carpeted floor. I stood up and walked to the bathroom, I shut the door behind me. I leaned up against the door and took a deep breath. I let out a shaky breath. Still absorbing everything that happened.
So many emotions were spinning around in my mind. I got off the wall and looked at the mirror. All I saw was a frightened girl, curled up in a corner, scared to let her emotions get the best of her. I let out a deep sigh. I turned on the sink, the levers squeaked in protest. The cold water weaved between my fingers. I cupped my hands under the water in let them fill up, I brought my hands up to face and the water splashed in my face.
I flicked the remaining water in the sink and shut it off. I looked back at myself in the mirror, I felt drops of water slither down my face and drip off my chin. I stood like that for
a minute watching the droplets make there way down my face. I grabbed the near by towel and patted my face dry. I walked out of the bathroom turning off the light behind me.
I walk down the stairs, greeted my the smell of breakfast. I inhaled the amazing smell. I walked through the living room and saw Aunt Anna sitting down channel surfing in her famous Mickey Mouse robe. Aunt Anna loves Disney stuff; her Christmas tree every each is plastered with Disney ornaments, the gifts wrapped in Disney themed paper.
"Morning Aunt Anna," I say. She turns her head to look at me and she smiles.
"Morning hon, did you sleep well?" She asked. I walked to the front of the couch and plopped down next to her.
"It was ok,". Lie. I laid my head on her shoulder and she stroked my head and kissed it.
"There's breakfast in the kitchen, if your hungry," She said pointing towards the kitchen. Usually when she suggest something that means do it.
"Alright fine, I'll eat," I said pushing myself off the couch.
"Atta girl, now help your Auntie off this couch," She said holding both her arms out. I grabbed her hands and pulled her off the couch. Thanks girly," She said. She walked to the kitchen and I followed. I saw Uncle J and Grant over the stove making eggs, bacon and biscuits. Uncle J turned around with plate filled breakfast.
"Good morning Bo," Uncle J said. I wrapped my arms around him.
"Good morning," I said letting go. He handed Aunt Anna a plate.
