Love at First Sight.

-Izuku and Katsuki as children-

Katsuki's P.O.V.

I swung my legs in boredom as I sat on a high tree branch. I have no idea why the old hag insists on taking me to this park. I rested my head in my palms as I sat and stared at the ground. Soon another small boy came to my attention. He stared up at me looking amazed with a bright smile. His green locks, big eyes, and even freckles immediately caught my eyes. I stared at him for a moment and for some reason my face heated up and my heart began to beat just a little faster.

"H-hey!" The green haired boy called to me as he stood beneath me in awe.

"Uh- Yeah?" I honestly didn't know what to say, but for some reason when he spoke to me my stomach began to twist and heart raced even faster.

"H-How did you get u-up there?" The boy said, his gaze never leaving me.

"Oh, I just climbed" I replied, not seeing why he was so shocked.

"Wow! Uh- H-Hi! I-I'm Izuku Midowyia!" His eyes sparkled as his smile continued to grasp my attention.

Without thinking I climbed down a few branches, eventually just jumping down. I met eyes with the boy and found myself not wanting to look away. My face felt warm and heart was beating so fast, even my tummy felt like I had eaten a bunch of bugs that were swarming around!

"I'm Katsuki Bakugou..." I finally answered, not breaking eye contact with the bo- Izuku.

"O-Oh! That's um... A really n-nice name!" He smiled at me warmly, he was messing with his hand and turning his foot kind of. His face was even a light pink, maybe he feels warm too?

"So uh, you um come here a lot?" All I could think of was to ask a question.

"N-No actually, my mommy said she was m-meeting a friend here..." Izuku answered, his fidgeting intensifying and his gaze finally moving of into the distance.

"Well Izuku do you wanna play with me?" I finally gathered the courage to ask Izuku, I couldn't put my finger on it but there was a word to describe him. I just couldn't remember what it was right now, he was too distracting I guess.

Third Person P.O.V.

The two boys fit together like puzzle pieces, falling into easy conversation and running around the park contently. And very soon he began to like his new friend Izuku a lot too. After a few hours of vigorous games of tag and hide&seek the boys' energy came to a low. So they sat under the same tree from earlier and Katsuki wanted to show Izuku something he had learned. Izuku sat there smiling and giggling as the ash blonde would walk around and pick up all of the tiny flowers sprouting from the lively grass. Katsuki sat next to Izuku, crafting small flower crowns and smiling at the green haired boy. Katsuki couldn't help but notice Izuku was smiling and becoming pink at nearly everything he did. The small boy couldn't help but wonder if Izuku felt the same odd feeling Katsuki did and if he liked it just as much too.

Izuku's P.O.V.

After a bit Katsuki had finished the pretty flower crown and gently set it on my head. When he did this he got really close and I could feel my face grow warmer. He gave a small smile towards me and opened his mouth to say something but I accidentally cut him off. I threw myself at him and into a nice hug. He was very warm and I could feel my face heat up and heart start going really fast. He hugged me back very tightly and soon we had to pull away.

"H-Hey Katsuki?" I began to speak before I could even think.

"Yeah?" He answered back fast, but the situation felt so calm and nice.

"C-Can I call you K-Kacchan?" I asked a bit nervously.

"Uh- Yeah! As long as I get to call you Izuchan" Kacchan replied happily, looking over to me with a very reassuring smile.
