So, it's been a bit of a while now, we've done some pretty cool things too. Oh, right. Here's a quick recap:
~We met a group of incredible, powerful women who called themselves the warriors of Kyoshi, in honor of the great Avatar Kyoshi. Sokka really hit it off with the leader, Suki!
~Katara got us in trouble with some pirates because she was basically obsessed with a water bending scroll.
~We met the King of Omashu--who just so happened to be Aang's old friend!
Now, we're in a forest, yet again doing God knows what at this point.
"Where's Momo?" Aang asked. I looked around myself and didn't see him anywhere in sight.
"Well, he's like four pounds, he couldn't have gone far." I shrugged.
***SNAP***
Wait, what the hell was that? Sokka, Katara, Aang and I rushed to the source. Poor Momo got stuck in some trap hanging off a tree!
"Hang on, Momo!" Aang yelled. He used his airbending to get on top of the tree. He grabbed the string and slowly put Momo on the ground. We broke open the cage and Momo came hopping out. Aang freed the other animals as well.
Sokka got closer to one of the traps and began observing it.
"These are Fire Nation traps. You can tell from the metalwork. We better pack up camp and get moving." He said.
We started packing our bags. Aang hopped on top of Appa and Katara handed him one of the bags.
"Uh-uh. No flying this time." Sokka commanded.
"What? Why wouldn't we fly?" Aang asked.
"Think about it: Somehow Prince Zuko and the Fire Nation keep finding us. It's because they spot Appa, he's just too noticeable." He responded.
"What? Appa's not too noticeable!" Katara protested.
"He's a gigantic fluffy monster with an arrow on his head! It's kinda hard to miss him!" He yelled back.
"Sokka's just jealous 'cause he doesn't have an arrow." Aang joked.
"Guys, I kind of agree with Sokka on this one. I mean, how many people do you know ride a flying bison?" I said. Katara and Aang stayed quiet and Sokka nodded.
"Exactly! I know you two wanna fly, but my instincts tell me we should play it safe this time and walk." He said.
