"After listening to both sides I've decided to give full custody to Normani Hamilton and Kehlani Parrish  it is clear with little Antoine's testimony he is quite comfortable and safe with Ms. Parrish also Mr. Chance you were nowhere in this boy's life for 8 years so your claims are baseless .
