2 months later after the entire incident

Mani has just arrived home from work, Lani had texted her informing her that she is going to be home a bit later on in the night. So she is getting ready to start dinner. She then hears a  strange noise as she is about to investigate someone comes from behind and wraps their arms around her .

" Easy there sweetheart I wouldnt advice you to do that" The man says as he drags the knife on her neck. " Just do as I say and no one will get hurt"

She nods

"Good girl" He begins to unbuckle his belt

" What do you want just take whatever you want please dont hurt me"

" You took everything away from me you took my fucking father away from me"

" What are you talking about?"

" That dyke of a girlfriend shot my fucking father. So there is nothing you can give me that I'm interested in but what I do know is that imma make you pay for what yall did to him". He pushes her up against the counter and places his hand over her mouth to stifle the noise. " Settle yourself bitch" Antoine comes downstairs sees what's going on and runs up to his room and dials 911

" 911 what's your emergency?"

" There is a strange man in our house and he is hurting my mom"

" Okay sweetie imma need for you to give me your address"

He complies. Grabs his baseball bat and heads downstairs

" Leave my mother alone" He says as he hits him with the bat on his leg. Mani bites him in return picks up her son and is about run over to the neighbours when Lani was about to ring the door bell

" Hey is everything okay" She then hears siren

" What's going on?"

" This jackasss tried to rape me"

" what" Lani charges at him but the officer stops her

" Let's handle this Parrish"

" Handle it this bastard needs an fucking ass whooping"

" He is Darrius's son"

"I was only here for revenge I was about to get some good pussy but yall came and ruined the moment" Lani broke loose from the officer's grip and knocked him out as well as one of his tooth

" Anyone who messes with my family gets hurt"

" Okay Parrish that's enough do wanna go in jail think about your family"

" Just get this fucking asshole out of my house"

" Kudos to your son he is a brave young man he is the one who called 911" The officers says as he leads Kevin, Darrius's son out of the door

" I will be back for shawty" He winks

" try me and you'll leave here in a body bag"

She turns to her fiancee

"I'm so sorry babe"

" This is all your fault"

" How is it my fault?"

" If you hadn't killed his father then he would not have been coming after me, what if he gets out of jail he is gonna come after me again"

" Then I'll just have to put an end to him as well"

" No Lani you cant cause it seems as though this family there will always be someone waiting to get revenge for the other"

" We'll be fine I promise you" She hugs her. " Antoine come here son, you were brave today. You saved mommy's life" She pulls the child into her arms as well
