Chapter 3: Arrived

3rd Person Pov:

"Di ako makapaniwala na makakapunta ako sa concert ng Twice! Grabe!" (I can't believe that I'm going to TWICE's concert!) Y/n video called her bestfriend Suzy. The only bestfriend she had when she tried making friends back in Manila, since she's studying away from her hometown she might as well make friends.

The girl on the other line has the same wide smile as her,  her bestfriend wasn't a fan of kpop at all BUT she supports her all the way.
"Hayy,  buti naman at baka sana mabawas-bawasan na niyan ang pagkabaliw mo." (That's good, maybe it'll easen up your craziness over them.)

End of 3rd Person Pov:

You playfully glared at Suzy before saying,
"Eh kung samahan mo kaya ako?" (So what if you accompany me?)

"Ako? Pff,  no girl,  support lang ako." (Me? Pff, no girl, I'm just gonna support you.) you saw her putting another chip on her mouth.

"Sige na para maniwala ka kung gaano talaga ka-magical ang maging kpop fan." (Oh come on, so that you'll know how magical it really is to be a kpop fan.) you dreamily said.

Suzy put a hand up while closing her eyes, "Girl, maniwala ka.  Alam ko na'ng mga yan." (Girl, believe me. I know that already.) she's a fangirl too but not a kpop fan girl but western music fangirl. She likes Charlie Puth most. You pleaded her until she gave up.

"Ok sige na nga, baka iyakan mo pa ko eh." (Ok fine, you might cry yourself out on me.) hearing that you cheered. You saw her flinching while holding her ears,  she's wearing earphones so that's why. "Huutek, Y/n! Relax ka lang!" (Dang it, Y/n! Relax!) she laughed.

"Ahaha,  sorry na.  Excited lang kasi ako.  Salamat ha?  Aasahan ko yan." (Ahaha, sorry. I'm just excited. Thank you, I'll be looking forward to it.)
then the two of you exchanged good nights and then the video call ended. Finally you can post like any other PH once out there about how excited you are in going to the concert.

Days passed...

Five days left....

Four days left....

Three days left....

Two days left.....

And so it's time for you to depart,  with the help of your savings as well your dad and mom helped you booked for a cheap but safe flight to Manila. Your mom was at first against it since she thought you're going there alone but when you explained to her that Suzy will accompany you,  knowing that that girl lives there and knows all the stuffs there your mother has no other choice but to agree on sending you off.

Your dad even gave you spare money for food, transportation, etc. You really owe him this one, seriously!

You went inside and carried your bag,  you didn't need to bring lots of stuffs since it's only one day concert and maybe you'll only stay there 2 or three days, and also because school is still a month away so why bother stay alone in your apartment?  Your parents stood beside your seat checking if everything's fine (they really don't need to though xD)

"Ma, Pa,  okay lang ako, seryoso.. " (Mom, Dad, I'm okay, seriously..) you gave them a smile.

"Maging matalas ka Y/n ah? Wag kang tutulog-tulog!  Yung mga gamit mo baka maiwan mo kung saan-saan wala kami para asikasuhin ka." (Be sharp, okay Y/n? Don't doze off! Keep a close eye on your things, we're not there to watch over you.) you closed your eyes and pursed your lips in a thin line.  You feel eyes are on you now. You get it,  she's just being  overprotective.
