Dianne's POV

My friends managed to drag me out to a bar which I'm pretty sure is labelled wrong because it sounds like a nightclub with the music that's well too loud and the bright, flashing lights. Anyway, I get to watch my friends have a fun night dancing whilst I'm sat on a stool at the bar. This is gonna be a long night. I mean I love to dance but I don't want to mingle with strangers like my friends are doing. I can't talk to strangers easily I get well too nervous. Like I said this is going to be a long night.

Joe's POV

I left the stool to give Caspar his drink as I was walking back I noticed a woman who was sat next to my stool. Lucky for me it's the woman I can't get out of my head. I wonder if she is still so forgiving about earlier at the airport. I sat on my stool and turned to her.

J-"Hey it's Dianne right"
D-"Urm yeah"
J-"Hi again, I'm Joe from the airport, again sorry about knocking you over"
D-"It's okay... why are you sat over here and not dancing with your friends over there"
J-"I don't do mingling well, I'm surprised I'm talking to you this well, to be honest"
D-"Why"
J-"I can't talk to women well I just end up stumbling over my words but you, I bet you made your boyfriend swoon when you first talked to him"
D-"Oh I don't have a boyfriend"
J-"Really"
D-"I'm actually the same as you"
J-"What you can't talk to women"
She giggled.
D-"No I can't talk to men well, I stumble"
J-"What like you did with me at the airport this morning"
D-"Shut up"
J-"I'm only joking"

That same perfect smile of hers crept onto her face. It was more perfect than I remember. It was so beautiful, how is she single?

J-"How is a woman like you single"
D-"What's a woman like me"
J-"Beautiful"
D-"That's it"
J-"What"
D-"That's it my looks, men only ever like me for them, they don't know me for me they know me for my body, no man has ever bothered to actually get to know the real me"
J-"Well let me be the first one then"
D-"Really"
J-"Really, tell me everything"
D-"Alright then"

She smiled once again. Her smile could light up a room and maybe she could light up a life.
