Dianne's POV
I opened the door. Tears ran down my face. I was wrong before, of course, Joe would get off the plane. He was also in tears we both ran to each other.
J-"You got off the plane"
D-So did you"
J-"I couldn't leave you"
D-"No never"
J-"Never"
D-"I love you promise we never leave each other again"
J-"Dianne unfortunately for you you're never getting rid of me now"
D-"Good I don't want to get rid of you"
J-"I love you"
I kissed Joe with so much love and passion. As we pulled apart he quickly attached his lips to my cheek and gave me another kiss.
D-"Joe stop"
J-"No I told you you're not getting rid of me now"
I giggled. We wandered to the window and watched what should have been the plane I was on takeoff. Joe whispered in my ear that he loved me. Honestly every time he says that my heart skips a beat, he says it so often you'd think I would get used to it but I don't, Joe is genuinely the best. Tears started to slip down my face.
J-"Hey what's up"
D-"I'm just so happy, and relieved that we both got off the plane"
J-"Yeah, you're making me cry now"
D-"Awwww"
I turned around and kissed Joe's nose. He kissed mine back.
D-"You're cute"
J-"You're beautiful"
D-"You're handsome"
J-"I love you"
D-"I love you too"
J-"Our conversation is becoming so repetitive because we can't stop saying we love each other"
D-"I know but I don't really want to stop"
J-"I don't want to either... How about a little more time in Hawaii"
D-"Definitely"
