*Sorry it's been awhile, I've been busy. But enjoy!❤*
I heard my alarm go off and threw it to the floor.
"Ugh," I groan.
I do my usual morning routine and get dressed. It's been a total of three days since the incident with Jesse. We're good now, I'm just happy that it's Friday. I brush my teeth and put on the charm bracelet that Jesse gave me. I look at the time and feel my eyes widen.
"Crap, I'm gonna be late!"
I quickly grabbed my phone and ran downstairs.
"Bye mom!"
I run out the house and get in my car. The smell of mint air freshener filled my nostrils. I had to buy it cuz my car had smelled horrible these past few days. Pulling into the school parking lot, I park and grab my stuff before locking my car.
"Good morning beautiful," Jesse says sliding next to me.
He wraps his arms around my waist and we walk into the school. ~"Another day of pretending,"~ I thought. We walked to my locker and stood there while I grab my stuff.
~Jesse~
I stood on my phone waiting for Macy to get all her stuff. My phone vibrated and I saw that Daniella had sent me a text.
~Text Messages~
Daniella: I've been going through my photo gallery and I found this. Do you like it?
~When the picture pops up on my phone, I feel my eyes widen.~
Me: Where tf did that come from?!
Daniella: Oh, a friend of mine did me a favor.
Me: Delete that now!
~She sends a laughing emoji.~
Daniella: Not gonna happen. Meet me in the janitors closet after your fourth period.
Me: Whatever
~End of Messages~
I shove my phone in my pocket and huff.
"You okay?," Macy asks as she closes her locker.
"Yeah I'm fine, come on."
I grab her hand and walk us to our math class. We get to the classroom and sit down next to each other. As soon as our teacher Mr. Hart starts talking, I feel my eyes get droopy. Suddenly, I feel the warmth of a hand on my thigh.
"Stay awake Martinez," Macy whispers in my ear.
She tightens her hand on my thigh and I bite my lip.
"Okay, okay," I say through clenched teeth.
I see her lips turn up into a smile before she moves her hand.
"No, leave it," I whisper to her.
She puts her hand back down and I rest mine on her thigh. I laugh when her body tenses up.
