3 weeks later

tae and seohyun were currently on their way to taste cakes for their wedding. the wedding was still a bit away since they wanted to have it at the end of summer in august and it was only january, but they want to plan ahead so they dont get super stressed.

the car ride was short since they were just going to jin's cafe to meet up with jin's cousin who's makes cakes for birthdays, weddings, etc.

when they got there jin greeted them before taking them to the back of the cafe for privacy. special treatment for his best friends of course, not to mention the cake will be discounted. perks of being friends with the wonderful jin.

"hello im kim hyojong, jin's cousin" hyojong said as he bowed towards seo and taehyung, the two of them bowing back.

"hello, i'm taehyung and this is my fiancée seohyun" tae greeted nicely before seo and him sat down to wait for the cakes.

"i have a selection of 10 different flavors for you to try but if you guys have any certain flavor ideas i can whip something up within about an hour" hyojong said before handing them a list.

"the flavors are on here just put an 'x' next to the flavors you dont like and then you can choose between the ones you do like"

it had been about 20 minutes and the couple were finished with the flavors. they had put x's next to all the flavors except strawberry, tiramisu, lemon, and german chocolate.

"which one do you like best babe?" taehyung asked looking at seohyun. "i like tiramisu, strawberry, and lemon best" she replied making tae nod.

"i like strawberry and german chocolate best" tae said making hyojong speak up, who was sitting across from them "so strawberry it is?" he asked and the two nodded with smiles.

"of course you guys would choose strawberry" jin said who was also sitting with them. he knows how obsessed tae is with strawberry and seohyun also loves them.

the couple just laughed before standing up to get ready to leave. but when seohyun stood she got a wave of nausea in her stomach making her double over.

"princess, whats wrong?" taehyung asked while helping her stand straight. "nothing im good, probably just had too much cake" she said and taehyung hesitated but seohyun gave him a smile to show she was okay so he just nodded before leading her out of the cafe.

when they got outside seohyun quickly pulled away from taehyung to rush over the bushes before throwing up. taehyung quickly walked over to her to hold her hair back.

once seohyun was done taehyung helped her over to his car, after they were both buckled in taehyung started the car and pulled out of the parking lot.

"you've been complaining about your stomach this whole week. are you sure you're okay?" taehyung asked his fiancée. "i'm sure its not anything serious but i'll make myself an appointment." tae agreed before turning on their playlist.

they both sang to all the songs on the way to their shared apartment, seohyun secretly taking videos of taehyung.

later that night tae and seohyun were getting ready to go to bed when seohyun remembered she had to make a doctors appointment.

she pulled out her phone and dialed the number to her usual doctors before pressing the phone to her ear. after a few rings a women answered.

"hello how can i help you?"

"hi, i've been feeling really sick to my stomach recently so i wanted to make an appointment to figure out whats going on"

"and whats your name miss?"

"park seohyun"

"ah ok, it says your doctor is kim hyuna. she has a free space at 9 am tomorrow if thats okay"

"yes thats good, thank you"

"no problem, goodbye"

"bye"

seohyun wasnt super siked about having to go to a doctors appointmet at 9 in the morning but she just wanted to get it over with and figure out what was wrong.

"whens the appointment?" taehyung asked once he walked into their now shared bedroom.

"tomorrow at 9 am" she responded "i wanted to take you but i have to be at the shop by 8:45 to finish some stuff i missed from us going cake tasting" taehyung said with a pout which made seohyun giggle.

"it's okay, i'll come straight to the shop after and let you know what the doctor says" seohyun said and taehyung just nodded before leaning in to give her a quick kiss.

afterwards the couple cuddled up in bed together, turning the lights off and quickly falling asleep.
