"what was that about yoon?"

"i- hoseok" yoongi stuttered looking down in embarrassment "i dont know.."

hoseok pushed the button to stop the elevator before turning back to yoongi, feeling nervous himself.

"yoongi come on.. talk to me, please" hoseok pleaded which made yoongi look up at him. "hoseok, i just. i dont know how to say what im feeling"

"its okay, im nervous too"

yoongi took a deep breath with his hand on his chest "god im not good at this kind of stuff. hoseok, i l-like you wOW i just said that. i have feelings for you hoseok, big gay feelings and i dont know what to do with myself because i have never felt this way for anyone in my life. youre so special and talented and beautiful and i dont deserve to have such an amazing best friend. but for a while ive been feelings things that are more than just my love for you as a friend, i see you and i wish i could hold your hand and give you kisses and cuddle you but ive just been so scared of confessing because youre an incredible person and as far as i know straight so why would you ever like me an-"

"-yoongi! its okay, please stop rambling and let my brain catch up for a second" hoseok joked and yoongi nodded quickly before looking down again.

after what felt like forever of stading in silence yoongi could hear hoseok walking closer to him but he stood still, frozen in his spot.

"yoongi, please look at me" hoseok said, yoongi slowly looking up at hoseok with his heart pounding out of his chest. after a few seconds hoseok pulled yoongi close to his chest into a tight hug, he put his mouth close to his ear before saying

"i have big gay feelings for you too yoongi"

yoongi chuckled quietly making hoseok smile before they pulled away from the hug, hoseok began to lean down feeling his heart rate pick up again.

he stopped with his face right in front of yoongis, making him whine quietly before leaning in and connecting their lips.

everyone was in the living room talking when they heard the door open and saw hoseok walk in.

"yoongis at the store getting rice, he'll be back soon" hoseok said and everyone nodded slowly continuing to stare at hobi.

"so umm... we may have confessed to each other" hoseok said slowly making jin jump out of his seat "YES i kNEW IT. i KNEW you guys liked each other"

hoseok just blushed before he continued to talk "right.. well, i kissed him in the elevator and oh my god i cant believe this is happening."

seohyun began to squeal, getting up from her seat in taehyungs lap and started dancing around the living room happily

"sope sope SOPE SOPE SOPE"

seohyun started chanting before seokjin joined in and then everyone joined while hoseok watched with a shocked face.

yoongi suddenly walked in seeing everyone jumping around yelling 'sope' making him blush before quickly walking through them to the kitchen.

seeing yoongi walk through the room as quietly as he could made everyone stop what they were doing to go peak at yoongi in the kitchen. 

when they got to the door, with hoseok peaking as well, they saw the boy with the brightest face putting the rice in the cooker before sitting at the table and putting his face in his hands.

they watched as yoongi lifted his head and talking quietly to himself "i cant believe this" hoseok blushed again but pushed through the others to go towards yoongi.

once he was at his side he pulled him up for another hug which suprised the poor boy who just couldnt get his heart rate down

"so yoon, does this mean were boyfriends?" hoseok asked as he pulled away to see yoongis reaction

"i-if you want i'd love to be boyfriends hobi"

hoseok nodded before giving yoongi a quick kiss and they both blushed when they heard seohyun and seokjin freaking out together while seohyun filmed the whole thing

"im so excited for you guys! i knew you were more than platonic soulmates" jungkook said everyone nodded to agree while the boys smiled at each other.

after everything calmed down they all sat together to eat before going to the living room to chill and talk, the new couple already comfortable together while they cuddled on a seat together.

"omg you should write a song for him yoongi" jimin said and yoongi went quiet for a second before speaking "i kind of already have.."

"WHAT? let me hear it right now!" hoseok freaked out with a huge smile making yoongis stomach fill with butterflys before he took out his phone to find the song he made for his soulmate.

"its called 'first love' " (pretend its not about a piano lmao)

while listening to the meaningful song hoseok could feel his eyes begin to water, by the time the song was over he could feel an endless stream of tears down his face.

yoongi could also feel tears building up but he just kept it in and smiled at his new boyfriend. "are you okay love?"

hoseok nodding while trying to wipe the tears off his face "when did you w-write that?" hoseok asked after taking a deep breath to calm down.

"oh babe i wrote that maybe 3 or 4 years ago, ever since we were 4 years old you have been my favorite person and became the one i loved most. you have been there for me through everything no matter what, youve always stayed by my side. i love you more than anything on this earth hobi, i always have." yoongi explained with a smile, not caring that all the guys and seohyun were watching.

hoseok wiped his eyes one more time before leaning into kiss yoongi softly "youre my favorite person yoongi, thank you so much"

yoongi just smiled before pulling hoseok on top of him in the chair, hoseok straddling him but instead of what everyone reading this probably thinks is happening hoseok just cuddled up to yoongis chest, listening to his heart beat.

"i love you too"

"so uh.. you guys just gonna sleep here or?" taehyung asked earning a slap on the arm from seohyun for ruining the moment. the two boys just laughed though and stood up to leave.

"were gonna go talk some more at home, see you guys tomorrow" yoongi said before grabbing hoseoks hand to go to their apartment.

"well fuck" jimin suddenly blurted making everyone look at him confused "what?" namjoon asked "i share an apartment with them, im gonna need earplugs now" jimin complained while they all just laughed

"im sure when the boys have been together for a while they'll want their own place but im sure theyll be considerate to you chim, i mean yoongi has a pretty nice soundproof studio they can sneak off to" seohyun said making everyone laugh, even jimin couldnt hide a little smile before flipping his little sister off
