Chapter 2

Thank you for reading. This one will not be as short as the last one and I'm ready to get the ball rolling on this one. I am super excited to share my ideas with you all and thank you for letting me. I'm always open to creative feedback and I take criticism very well so if you want to give me your feedback I'm all ears! Here we go!

Kara's POV (from the beginning)

I am so glad we are joining a new pack, stronger pack. My dad had to relocate our family because my mom messed up and tried to use her abilities to try to convince the Alpha of our old pack to marry me off to their eldest son despite the fact that we aren't mates.

Needless to say the Alpha declined and the Luna heard of what she did and hired a wolf to basically kill us all. Which is a bit dramatic if you ask me but, long story short my dad packed us up and we now are about to be a part of the strongest pack in the world.

"Adam wake up your sister please bud, we are almost there" my dad said thinking I'm asleep because I'm resting my head on the window with my eyes closed.

Adam tapped my shoulder and I opened my eyes

"No I'm awake dad. I was just thinking about how mom messed up now we have to switch packs. Leave our friends, our old schools a week before graduation. Who knows if they'll let Adam and I graduate on time" I said causing my mom to turn around and look at me

"I was just trying to help make up your confused little mind. Don't think we don't know about your little female friends who you mess around with. That's not nature for wolves like us to be... confused" 

Adam snickered "Do you mean gay? Because it's a thing. Some of the strongest wolves in our history were gay. Lesbian mates have this thing where like.. they can mate and have babies under certain conditions. I think it's on like a blood moon or something like that or maybe it's an eclipse.. I'm not sure but I learned about it in the old pack archives" Adam fist bumped me

"More like fiction" my mom turned around "it's just not right. We aren't discussing this any more"

"Well on a better note, Welcome to Graystone everyone, this is our new home. New life. Fresh start. I have a great feeling. About this I feel it in my bones" my dad sighed in contentment

"Don't mess up mom" Adam said causing me to stifle a laugh

"Alright we should be arriving at the pack house in about two hours but I have to refuel and if anyone needs a bathroom break do it now" Dad stopped at a big gas station

We all get out stretch out our legs and Adam and I walked inside while our parents refuel.

"Hey do you feel like everyone is staring?" Adam nudged me

I looked around and noticed everyone was staring "Yeah but don't worry about it, it's because technically we are rogue wolves on their territory they're probably alerting their Alpha as we speak"

"Nah I think they're just looking to see if we are going to start trouble" he replied

"Oh yeah? How much do you wanna bet?" I smirked

"Hmm well I have $50 cash on me soooo I'll bet you $20" he showed me the money

"Make it the full $50 and you have yourself a bet, my good sir" we shook hands as the wager was made

"I hope this place is as awesome as everyone hypes it up to be, because so far this town is kinda gloomy"

I laughed at him "that's because it just stopped raining, stupid"

We both used the restroom and went out and bought four drinks and two bags of chips for Adam and I. While we walked back to the car I noticed black Range Rovers parked in front and behind our car and a Blue One beside the car.
