In the town of Musutafu, Japan by a large but trashy beach is a mansion. Within this mansion lives many members of the famous and very renowned Shinkai family. A few miles north there is another mansion that houses the many servants of the Shinkai family. The Shinkai family is actually made up of two clans/families who merged together for both fame, fortune and power. Within the mansion holds the four former clan heads of the formerly separate families and the current female and male head of the family. Along with these six important people the large castle-like mansion also houses close and direct relatives like first cousins, sisters, brothers, uncles and such.
But most importantly, the mansion houses the prince and princess of the Shinkai clan.
All together the mansion houses no more than 18 family members including the former clan heads, the current clan heads and the future clan heads. Speaking of the two important figures of this clan, one of them is enjoying the warm pool waters of the mansion while the other is enjoying a nice tan by the bright sun despite the slightly chilly weather. These figures are none other than the prince and princess of the Shinkai clan, Suieimei Shinkai and Mizu Shinkai.
Suddenly loud but crisp footsteps clink against the floor of the pool area and soon a figure appears as well. "Young master! Young master Mizu!" A frantic female voice cries out as a woman with blue hair and pink eyes dressed as a maid calls out as her figure runs towards the relaxed male sitting by the pool side. Mizu lifts his sunglasses from his faces and looks over at the quickly approaching maid with a raised eye brow, feeling slightly displeased at having his peace interrupted. "What is it?" Mizu sighs out as he puts his shades back over his eyes and relaxes once again.
"The Young mistress is missing! She can't be found anywhere and the Mistress urgently requires her presence!" The panicked servants says as she quickly comes to stand by her young master's side. "Instead of running around like a headless chicken how about you actually check every part of the mansion" Mizu tells the maid coldly, his tone harsh and annoyed. The servants in this mansion are really stupid in his opinion, especially this female servant before him. She is very ditsy and clumsy, he doesn't know why his father just doesn't fire her already.
"I don't understand, what does Young master mean?" The maid asks confused causing Mizu to huff in irritation. "Look in the damn water and see if you spot her idiot, it's simple" Mizu rudely tells the servant. "Oh! Of course Young master! Why didn't I think of that?" The maid cries out in relief and Mizu quickly bites back a rude remark that would most likely make the ditsy and emotionally fragile maid cry. The last thing he needs right now is a crying servant balling her eyes out while he's trying to relax.
The maid peers closer into the deep waters to indeed see a beautiful large, blue and purple jellyfish swimming to and fro within the pool waters before her.

"Young mistress! Please stop playing around! The Mistress requires your presence immediately!" The maid cries out, directing her loud voice towards the calm waters of the pool where her young mistress is swimming away in her jellyfish form. The large and beautiful jellyfish only ignores the maid's calls and keeps swimming blissfully causing small disturbenses in the overall calm waters. Seeing this Mizu sighs and stands up from his chair and stands at the edge of the pool. "Come on Mei-chan stop playing around. Mother has summoned you so you need to go see you. Now isn't the time to be childish" Mizu lazily scolds his younger sister with a gentle tone.
