Test On The First Day

~Suieimei's POV~

"A quirk assessment test?!" Everybody exclaims loudly, shock written over everybody's face but I hide my emotions well enough to not look affected by what our teacher just told us. The entire class is standing in an open field behind UA, the reason for everybody's shock is because Sensei just told everyone we're having a quirk assessment test. I must admit that I am not pleased but who am I to raise a complaint. "But orientation, we're going to miss it!" The girl with short brown hair from before says, my tone and face looking very worried. "If you really want to make it in the big leagues then you can't waste time on pointless ceremonies" Sensei says making most of the class gasp at what he said or looks at him weirdly. "Here at UA we teachers are free to run our class as we see fit" the black haired man adds and the class quiet downs slightly. "You all did standardized test most of your lives but you weren't allowed to use your quirks" Sensei tells us and this grab my attention. "Bakugou, you placed first in the entrance exam. What was your score in junior high?" Sensei asks Bakugou who perks up and looks at our teacher the moment his named is called.

"I don't know, about 67 meters I'm sure" Bakugou says unsurely but in a confident way. "Right, well take this ball and step inside the circle. Trying doing it with your quirk" Sensei instructs the ash blond male who walks up to our teacher, takes the ball from his hand and walks into the circle. "Anything goes, goes stay in the circle" the tired looking man adds as Bakugou stretches his arms and legs. "Alright dude you asked for this" the ash blond boy says and givs our teacher a side way glance before he reels back his arm and prepares to throw the ball. "DIE!" Bakugou yells as he sends the ball flying into the sky with serval explosions aiding it ascension! The ball flies at great speeds for a few seconds before it starts falling back down in the distance! 'Oh my seven seas! That was amazing!' I think in awe at Bakugou's raw power level, it's no wonder he acts so arrogant. He has every right to if he's so powerful he can send the ball flying like that! "Shut up, all of you!" Sensei shouts and the class slowly calms down and Bakugou takes this as his chance to go back to his spot.

"All of you need to know your maximum capabilities, it's the most rational and logical way of being a hero" Sensei tells the class and a few minutes later the class goes into a slight uproar for some reason. I tap Ya-chan who's next to me, grabbing his attention. "Why is everyone in such an uproar?" I ask him confused wondering what caused this to happen. I know he threw the ball far but I don't know his exact score, it couldn't have been that high right? But "seeing" how Bakugou threw the ball so far it might be possible. "It's Bakugou's score, he got 703.1 meters!" Ya-chan tells me sounding slightly awed. Soon the class starts talking about how fun it'll be here and how it's super cool that they're allowed to use quirks freely. "Fun? You think this is fun? You have three years here to become a hero, you think it's going to be all games and play time?" Sensei suddenly speaks up causing the entire class to drop silent in a matter of minutes.  "Idiots" Aizawa hisses out lowly, his formerly tired expression shifting into one with a mischievous smirk, this can not be a good sign.

"Today you'll compete in eight physical test and push yourselves past the limits. But since you think this is nothing but fun and games how about we add another rule whoever gets last place is going to be expelled on the spot" Sensei tells everybody and I look in hiss general direction as my eyes widen slightly. This is not good, not good at all! If I end up getting expelled my entire future will be gone! No matter what, I can not get last place on this test. My freedom depends on this! Everyone has become deathly silent and if it wasn't for me being able to "see" them I would I have thought I was alone in this field! "Now, it's time for the first test" Sensei says, his malicious smile still o his face which sends shivers up and down my nonexistent spine.

-50 meter Dash-

"Runners on your mark! Ready?" A robot who's suppose to be recording and announcing our scores cries out. The two going is Ya-chan and a girl that resembles a frog slightly. I already know who's going to win this round, it's no doubt going to be Ya-chan. After all, this quirk was made  for things like this. I'd be completely mind boggled if Ya-chan lost this round. "Go!" The robot shouts and the two students immediately take off as fast as they see fit. "3.03 seconds!" The robot announces as Ya-chan passes the 50 meter line. Just as I expected, no less from Ya-chan other than the best. There's no way anyone can beat that score! "5.58 seconds!" The robot announces again as frog looking girl passes the 50 meter mark as well. "Alright next is Shinkai and Uraraka, step up" Sensei says and I walk to the starting line along with that brown haired girl from earlier. "Hey, you're the girl from earlier! I don't think we got the exchange names. I'm Ochako Uraraka!" My running opponent tells me with a bright and happy smile on her face.
