~Suieimei's POV~

"Are you okay Todoroki-san?" I ask and I gingerly grab the duel haired boy's injured hand and look over it. Luckily my sting didn't carry any vemon in it. "I'm fine" he tells me as he snatches his now swelling hand away from me. I look up at the heterochromia eyed boy, guilt stabbing at me as our eyes meet. "Anyways we have no time for this, we have to leave" Todoroki tells me as he turns around and walks in the opposite direction most of the students are going. "May I ask where we're going?" I ask him as I quickly walk after him, doing my best to keep up with through the raging discord of the cafeteria. "We're getting out of here but we're taking a different way" he tells me as he fluently moves through the disarray of students running in every direction like headless chickens. "But how? All of the exits are blocked by confused and scared students" I tell as I look around at all the exits only to see them all blocked.

"It doesn't matter, right now we need to get out right now" he tells me as he quickly makes his way towards the back of the cafeteria and I have to pick up my speed just to remain a few steps behind him. Why must people have such long legs? It makes it hard for me to keep up with them, I'm only 5'4" for the ocean's sake! "Here" Todoroki tells me as we reach the back of the café that have no students around except for me and him. I "look" in front of him to see what he's talking about only to "see" a slightly hidden emergency exit. "Oh!" I say slightly surprised and we both quickly make our way through the door which leads to an empty stairwell that has serval sets staircases going both up and down. "Let's go to the roof, I have a feeling all of this panic is uncalled for" Todoroki tells me as he begins to climb the steps that will probably take us to the roof.

"Okay" I agree with him and climb up the stairs, remaining a few steps behind him as I always due when walking with a male besides Ya-chan. Ya-chan told me that he doesn't like it when I walk behind him so he always has me walk beside him when we were growing up. After a while it just became a habit to walk beside him instead of behind. Even now whenever I'm walking with Uraraka, Tenya and Midoriya I always walk beside Ya-chan. After what feels like five minutes of climbing these stairs we finally come upon a door at the end of the stairs. Todoroki gently pushes open the door to reveal one of the roof tops of the main building, plus it's empty too. Todoroki doesn't wait for me to walk onto the rooftop and instead makes a beeline for the fence and looks down. "Come look" he tells me and I jog over to where my silent classmate is and look in the direction he is only to see the press people from this morning trying to get into UA! Luckily they're building held back by Sensei and Present Mic.

"So it was the press! Seven seas, I promise you these people are always too much!" I say feeling both annoyed and upset as I stomp my foot lightly on the concrete floor serval times before silently huffing and taking a seat on a near by bench. "Yes, the press can be too much at times" Todoroki agrees with me as he sits on the bench as well but on the other end so there's an appropriate distance between us. A silence hangs between us as I twirl a strain of my tentacles around my index finger, a small thing I do when I'm bored or slightly nervous. And right now I'm somewhat nervous. Sitting here alone in an awkward silence with Todoroki isn't how I planned on our first conversation starting. I want to ask him why he seems so familiar and if we know each other by chance but I can't seem to! But I havr to start somewhere so why not simple.

"Um Todoroki-san, may I ask why you decided to help me?" I ask the duel haired boy as I stop twirling my tentacle strain but he doesn't reply so I decide to elaborate. "If I may say so, you give off the impression of a lone wolf Todroki-san. You give me the impression of you being type of person who wouldn't bother to go out of their way to help someone else unless absolutely necessary" I tell him carefully like if I said the wrong thing I could cause him to trigger into an angry spout. And that's the last thing I want to do. Instead of answering me like I was hoping Todoroki remains silent so I decide to not speak any further. "Shinkai-san" Todoroki suddenly calls out after an awkward silence passes between us. "Yes?" I ask him politely, turning to face him. "Have you.....ever heard of quirk marriages?" He asks me hesitantly and my body instantly tenses up. "Yes, I have" I answer him slowly, feeling very awkward right now.
