"Happiness Is Expensive"
Happiness can come in many forms, shapes, colors, or sizes..
It can come from a silly joke and a contagious laugh
They can even be memories..
those from that warm summer evening riding your bike along the creek breathing in the smell of the countryside waters, or the cool stormy nights you spend with your window opened nestled up with your favorite book and a cup of tea..
It can also be the from the smile of a longtime lover or your blazing crush who has no idea that they make your heart flutter from a simple glance...or how about those flowers that you witnessed first bloom in mom's garden that early spring last year..and your favorite ice cream from the ice cream truck from your childhood?..
or perhaps it's that 99 cent musical box that you scored at a goodwill store, or that $3000 used car that you finally earned up enough money to buy yourself..or it can be absolutely anything that creates that spark in your eye and livens up your soul even if just for a few moments.
They'll always tell you that money can indeed buy your happiness...and although that maybe true, not all things that bring us joy, hope, pureness, and laughter can be bought..
so don't let people ruin your short comings or tell you how to live your life. Don't let them ruin your real life gains or integrity regardless of how little or much importance their opinion may seem to you in the moment. If something— or someone rather, comes to mind as you read this, hold whatever or whomever that precious token may be for you, and always keep it close to your heart.
Happiness will never have a cost if that something or someone means Everything to You.
