Omega covered her ears, scared by the screaming caused by an intense argument Vintage, Egg, and Sole were having. Vintage had wanted the team to go and train, but Egg and Sole said that they had been training too much the past few days and needed a break. This made him angry and started the entire thing.
It had been fifteen minutes before the yelling and screaming stopped. She heard the front door open, then slam shut. Omega would've come out of her room, but she was still too scared.
She ended up not coming out until a few hours later. Apparently, nobody was home. She sighed, going back into her room. Not knowing what to do, she went to sleep.
————————
It had been five days already, and nobody had came home. Omega had no way of contacting them since she also lost her phone, so she couldn't do anything. She was badly depressed, feeling like she was a bad friend because she didn't help or do anything. At this point, anything was better than nothing. She also hadn't eaten for two days. While she was alone on the couch, lying and doing nothing, there was a knock on the front door. Omega ignored it, but the knocking only got louder. Finally, sick of the sound, she opened the door.
"What do you want—"
She stopped mid-sentence when she saw Vintage standing at the door. He actually looked perfectly fine, as if nothing had ever happened.
"Omega, are you ok?" He commented before she could speak, noticing how thin and tired she looked. She didn't respond, still staring at him in shock.
"W-Where were you this entire time?"
He sighed. "I was in a hotel. I didn't want to talk to anyone because I thought you were mad at me or something..." Vintage looked away.
"Why would I be mad at you?..."
"I don't know, okay? I just—"
He stopped when he noticed Omega was about to cry.
"Omega, are you—"
She suddenly lunged forward and hugged him, extremely happy to see him. He hugged her back, also glad she wasn't mad at him.
They stayed like that for a few minutes.
