I sighed and got out of bed and walked into the kitchen/living room and I see jack laid on the sofa on his phone and he looked at me and put his hands up
"I didn't mean to"he said
"You come off social media until you make a video saying sorry for leaving or something like that...think of it as a detox"I said
"Evie you're not my mum"he said...sometimes I feel like jack is blind of the situations he put himself in so I sat on the sofa opposite him
"Do you realise what you've done...left everyone for three weeks and now pretending nothing happened"I said
"Seriously another lecture"he sighed and he turned his phone off and looked at him
"Right so instead of giving you advice you'll pretend like nothing happened..."I said he nodded...I rolled my eyes when he wasn't looking and then I looked at him and I was trying to figure out why he being like this and he looked at me trying to figure out what I'm thinking
"What would you do if you saw Adam again"I spoke quietly and then I saw his face go blank...I got it..he now scared
"If you've told me a secret on this trip you can tell me again"I said he shook his head
"It's different if I see him now...that's why I don't want to go to the police!"he said raising his voice slightly I sighed
"Right now I'm focused on conor...but I'll come back to you"I said getting up
"Yeah because it's all about conor"I hear him mumble under his breath and I turned around
"Jack if we didn't fly out here you'd still be missing and throwing you're life away, so just check yourself a bit because conor has done a lot lately and he deserves it"I snapped back and walked off back to my room and found conor still sleeping but he turned over to face my side of the bed so I got back into bed and looked at his sleepy face
