Eleven year-old Izuku Todoroki ran silently down the deserted street, pulling his brother, Shouto, behind him.

It was the dead of night, a year after they had run away from home, and they were being followed.

Izuku and Shouto had gotten as far as they could while staying in Japan from their father. There were notices and articles about them everywhere, which made it hard to blend in with the public.

They had bought new clothes, dark hoodies and jeans, so they'd hopefully be inconspicuous. They never stayed in the same place for too long, and they'd learned how to defend themselves from thugs and thieves who would sometimes try to jump them in dark alleyways.

Shouto pulled Izuku into an alleyway, narrowly missing a knife that flew by his brother's head. There was a shout, and the running footsteps behind them got louder. Izuku ran down another alley, only to realize it was a dead end and turn around. They had trapped themselves.

A tall man with black spiky hair, a long coat, and bright blue eyes stepped in front of the two boys. He had large purple scars on his arms, neck and face, and the skin was held together by what seemed like staples.

"Think again before you stumble on to our property." He growled lowly. His eyes glowed with fury. "You literally walked in on an important meeting. I can't let you go if we think you heard something."

"Yo-you're a villain aren't you?" Izuku asked, his voice trembling.

The man's eyes widened.

He drew closer to Izuku and Shouto. Izuku tried to pull Shouto behind him, but before he could, the man pulled both of their hoods off.

He stared at them. "Shouto? Izuku?"

Izuku's analytical brain jumped into action.

The scars on the man's body.

The color of his eyes.

The way he styled his hair.

His voice.

It all sort of made sense. But it couldn't be. Could it?

'Well, only one way to find out.' Izuku thought.

"Touya?" He whispered.

Shouto looked up fearfully.

The man looked at them closer. Then suddenly, he pulled them into a hug.

"I didn't think I'd see you two again." He whispered, his voice shaky. It was definitely Touya. He pulled back and studied his little brothers. "What are you two doing out here? It's like, midnight, and you aren't exactly close to home."

"We left." Shouto mumbled. "We wanted to take Fayumi too, but we couldn't find a way. We've lived out here for about a year now."

Touya looked taken aback. "You ran away? How has dad not found you yet?"

"He tried." Izuku said. "And he's still trying. How have you not seen the articles and notices? They're literally everywhere. It's hard to stay unnoticed."

Shouto pulled out his phone. He typed something into the search bar and scrolled through the results. He clicked on one and showed it to his brother.

Izuku and Shouto Todoroki Go Missing

Ten year-old Izuku and Shouto Todoroki were reported missing this morning by their older sister, Fayumi Todoroki. Fayumi said she went to their room to call them for breakfast when she saw blood on the floor, and her younger brothers gone.

The possibility of kidnapping has not been out ruled, especially since their father, Enji Todoroki, better known by his hero name Endeavor, says that their home has had a safe and loving learning and family environment, especially since their mother Rei Todoroki had been transferred to a mental hospital.

Endeavor said that his children hadn't coped with the loss well, and he had tried to bring their family even closer together.

"The idea that that they would run away of their own accord is hard to believe." Endeavor said during the meeting this morning. "They are too young to fully understand what that means."

After the question was raised of Touya Todoroki's sudden disappearance two years prior, Endeavor replied,

"Touya was disobedient and rebellious. He knew exactly what he was doing, and I have no comment-

Touya stopped reading and kicked a box.

"Safe and loving learning and Family environment? Ha! If that place was ever safe, then-" He shoved his hands in his pockets and glared at the stars.

Then he seemed to get an idea. Touya turned to his younger brothers.

"Would you like to live with me?" He asked. "I can keep you away from dad, and maybe we can find Natsuo and Fayumi as well."

Izuku glanced at Shouto. Then they both nodded.

"Let's go."
