I blink awake groggily. This is why I dislike sleeping during the day, it messes with my head. The person underneath me shifts, sighing softly. I glance up at Harry looking down at me.
"Hello." He whispers, a smile tugging at his lips.
"You're alright?" I ask, shifting so that I'm not on top of him anymore.
"Yeah. Thanks to you." He murmurs, burying his face in my chest. We sit in comfortable silence, listening to each other's breaths.
"Are you hungry?" He asks eventually.
"Yeah," I answer, glancing over at the clock. "It's almost time for dinner, we could head down there if you want?"
"Yeah okay." He says, sitting up and stretching. I slide my hands around his waist, pulling him into a hug from behind. He leans into me.
Suddenly someone knocks on the door. "Oi! Harry, you coming to dinner?" A male voice yells.
Harry winces. "Yeah, just a second Seamus."
"Do we have to move," I mumble into his shoulder.
"I'm hungry!" He whines, tugging at my hands.
I let go of him with a huff. "Fine."
"Aw don't be mad." he leans over.
"I can't be mad at you." I kiss his forehead. "C'mon, we should get to dinner." Quickly I check my hair in the bathroom mirror.
"C'mon Draco," Harry complains, tugging me towards the door. "You look fine." Grumbling, I follow him out of the room. Immediately we are greeted by Granger and the Weasel.
"Harry!" Granger calls out, running over. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine Mione." He mumbles, his hand gripping mine a little tighter.
Her eyes fall on our clasped hands, her eyes alight with questions. Wisely, she keeps quiet. Weasley walks over. "Where'd you go all day mate? I needed you in Potions." He glances at our hands. "Ohhhh." He glances over at Harry, winking clumsily.
Harry turns red. "Not like that Ron." He mumbles.
Weasley nods dubiously, still smirking. "You coming to dinner?" He asks.
"We were just heading down," I answer shortly.
We walk down to dinner, Hermione scolding us for skipping classes on the first day and Weasley trying to figure out what we were doing. Finally, we reach the Great Hall.
We all walk over to the Gryffindor table.
"Aren't you going to sit at the Slytherin table?" Harry asks, turning to look at me.
"Do you want me to?" I respond.
He smiles cautiously. "I suppose not."
We sit down. People stare as Harry and I discuss our Herbology project. Several younger Gryffindors glare at me suspiciously but Harry's presence keeps them from attacking. Halfway through the meal, I notice Harry hasn't eaten anything.
"Eat," I whisper to him. "You're so skinny!"
"I'm not hungry." He mutters.
"You said you were. What have you eaten today anyway?" I ask.
He mumbles something.
"What was that?" I poke his shoulder.
"Fine, I'll eat." He grumbles, making a face at me.
I give him a smile and kiss his cheek. "Thank you."
I laugh at the surprised expression on his face and pile food on his plate. All the chatter around us has stopped. I look up to see everyone at the table gaping at us.
"What?" I snap.
They all look away quickly. I glance over at Harry. He's glaring at his food.
"Please eat." I murmur. He groans, but complies with my request.

I sit on my bed, reading quietly. The water runs in the bathroom as Harry showers. He's humming softly. I close my eyes and listen to the haunting melody. The shower shuts off. I open my eyes to see Harry stepping out of the bathroom. He towels his wet hair off before dumping the towel in a corner. I watch him move through the room, tidying up and getting ready for bed.
"Harry?" I say finally. "Are we dating?"
He freezes, then walks over to my bed. Sitting down, he says. "If you want to be."
Grinning, I stretch out my arms. He settles against me, sighing happily. "I assume this means yes?" He asks, his voice muffled against my stomach. I lean over and kiss the top of his head in response.
He hugs me closer. "I have a boyfriend!" I grin at his tone and the goofy grin on his face.
He pulls himself up and braces his hands on the headboard by my head. I swallow, staring at his lips. He licks them nervously. Much too slowly, he leans forward. Then I lunge forward, crashing our mouths together.
His legs straddle my waist, his knees digging into the mattress. His hands are still on the headboard by my head. I move my hands across his bare chest, wrapping my arms around him. He kisses me desperately until air becomes a necessity.
He pulls away, breathing heavily. "God, I've wanted to do that for so long." He whispers.
I cup his face in my hands, tracing his lips with a finger. "You're absolutely beautiful, you know?" I murmur.
He laughs. "Not as beautiful as you." He leans back, still straddling me, and removes his hands from the headboard. "Nobody's as beautiful as you," he whispers, leaning forward and kissing me again.
"I should get ready for bed." I murmur into his lips.
"Or you could stay here." He drops his head to my neck, biting and kissing.
"Harry..." I sigh.
"Fine." He rolls off of me and pouts.
Quickly, I pull off my school robes and pull on a pair of sweatpants. Harry is facing away from me so I quietly walk up behind him and wrap my arms around his waist. He shivers as I press my lips to his neck.
I raise my head a bit to whisper into his ear. "We should get some rest." He nods and I lay down, Harry curled up in my arms.
"Goodnight love," I whisper as I turn off the lights with a wandless spell.
"G'night." He murmurs sleepily, curling his arms around my waist, his head on my chest. I smile contentedly and drift happily off to sleep.
