Mondo walks over to taka at night and yawns sitting on the bed and sees taka stare at him oddly " you need something?" Mondo asked. Taka sighed " it's just been on my mind, it's ok if you dont want to talk about it but… we kind of dance ariund the topic of my uh….Murder.. And…" he felt awkward and seeing the hurt in mondo's eyes feels a sharp pain of regret " ah nevermind" he waves his hands in front of him to signal cutting the conversation off. Mondo sighs then shakes his head " no it's the kind of thing we need to talk about " he gestures to next to him, taka nodes and sits next to him " what….. What happened that day?" Taka wondered out loud. Mondo shakes slightly remembering it " I thought the whole world ended " he laughs nervousky " I was guarding your killer from a stupid robot costume wothout even knowing it as makoto and chihiro found your body. " he vents " when i was told I … I wouldn't believe it ya know? I … I was hoping with my while being it didn't happen until I found your body" he sighed feeling a bit of weight listen from his heart as he looked at taka who had a look of guilt. Taka nodded " I'm sorry heh ... " he looked at mine is hands " I was tricked into dying and hurting you and chihiro…" he starts before feeling a firm band on his shoulders were he looked up to meet mine is watery but stern eyes " don't you ever apologies it was all that… that… that  celest! She is the one who made a fake note and lied about you and…" he yelled before cutting off realising he had started to cry " and used my words she overheard to get you alone….. While I slept… " his face darkened. Taka smiled " and looked him in the eyes " it's ok… if i can't blame myself you can't blame yourself ok?" Taka said with a stern voice, mondo nodded a bit off guard " I lost all hope " he admits, " but you are here , alive and" he closed his eyes slightly " you even love me" he laughs , opening his eyes to feel warmth fill his heart as he saw taka's calm smile before taka hugged him " that's right … I love you and I'll be with you for as long as you need me " he started to cry but by now both of their tears were happy. They played down facing each other in bed, mondo ran his hand down taka's soft face " yeah… I'll be with you too" he yawned before falling into peaceful sleep.
