If there is one mistake Alfred F. Jones ever made that he wish he could turn back the clock and, at least, attempt to redeem it, I would say a lot... and realizing that the door was not locked the entire time is one of them...

"Hey, Al! We're back-"

Alfred immediately shot up and pulled the covers to his chest. Kiku hugged the robe around his body while cowering back in bed in an attempt to hide his embarrassment. And Matthew- sweet, darling Matthew froze in his place and stared at the scene in front of him which could only be summarised by three words: They are naked.

Alfred was the most straight-faced out of the three as he just looked at his twin brother like he would look at a vegetable. Kiku was obviously the most embarrassed, despite the robe that covered most of his skin, since he looked redder than a newly cooked lobster. And (oh boy) Matthew was still frozen in time with his hand gripping the knob, contemplating whether he should talk then run away or run away and never talk, and looking at them like a toppled-down stack of pancakes.

This three-people staring took more than a while before the loud guy decides to open his mouth. "So how's the trip, Matt?"

"Great!" Matthew replied without even blinking. "We were having a great time... too."

"Nice! Did you have any pictures? 'Cause I've requested a lot of sightseeing!" he smiled (stupidly) while casually slouching in bed. Kiku turned to the dude beside him and couldn't decide whether he was serious or joking around. Either way, it didn't help their case.

"Yes... pictures," the other twin tried to his mind after this entire "sightseeing" he just witnessed in their bedroom. I guess you can say that he would never get this picture out of his head?

"I have pictures here with me, but they only require people who wear clothes. Underwear doesn't count..." Matthew finally found his strength to move and mumbled his way out. "I'll be in the tub if anyone needs me..."

Thankfully, he closed the door for them, and now, they were left alone, again. Alfred just sat there comfortably in the sheets, and Kiku didn't even move an inch for the last five minutes until the silence thickened. The smaller man turned to his companion, who randomly gave him one of the happiest smiles and said, "Good morning, honey!"

"Ohayou gozaimasu, Mr. Alfred 'I-did-not-lock-the-door-while-banging-my-boyfriend' Jones..." Kiku replied.

"Awww, Keek..." he pulled him into his lap and wrapped his arms around him. "Are you mad at me?..." he kissed his temple lightly.

"I'm not mad," he shifted in his hold but didn't pull away. "I'm upset."

"After what happened last night?"

"Well, you technically killed the mood earlier."

"Oh, come on! We were both in the heat of the moment and we don't even give a fuck if the entire neighborhood heard us..." the American leaned closer until the tips of their noses touched. "Shall I remind you that none of this would've happened if you didn't make the first move?..."

That shut Kiku up real good as he found himself looking away from his face to hide the obviously growing red flush on his cheeks. Alfred genuinely laughed at him in response and smooched the side of his face.

"But you gotta admit, Keeks, it was fun, right?"

In the end, he found himself smiling, too. And this is one of the many signs that prove how much he appreciates that this man, who was currently holding him like a bouquet of Chrysanthemums, is right- correct once again. He turned to stare back at those blue eyes and reminded himself that even if the world is messed up, he will still be part of it- part of him. Kiku pulled him for a kiss, long enough to satisfy either of them and said, "You were a tease."
