" Howleen, Hallie! Wake up!" I jumped right out of bed. Hallie fell out of bed right on her face. It was funny,but she was crying. So I helped her up.
"Why so early?" Hallie asked rubbing her red,tired eyes. Nicki told us that if we have an early start in the morning we would do better in school. I got an F in all of my classes that day because of her waking me up so early in the morning. She had her nerve!
Hallie and I walked into our room later that day and we were shocked. Everything was clean, hung up in the closet, even my pet hedgehog,Cushion's, bowl was sparkling.
Nicki cleaned up the whole house , made dinner and even helped us with our projects! It felt like we had a maid or something! Even my mom was completely shocked when she came home from work. "Wow Nicki...I've never seen the house so... um...clean!" my mom said looking around the living room. " Thanks. I just wanted to make everything perfect... so your lives can be better of course." Nicki said smiling. Then my mom said the most insane thing ever! " Nicki maybe you can be in charge while I take a vacation." My mom was holding up a flier about Panama City Beach.
"Your taking a vacation to Panama!" Clawdeen, Nicki, Hallie , and I all screamed. We were in total shock! Mom's going to go to Panama...without us! Guess what, she left Nicki in charge for the whole week! This is going to get interesting.
