" Guys. I think mom found out that Nicki lied so she can stay with us!". I blurted out. Hallie was about to cry. She has her hands covering her mouth while she shook her head. "No this can't happen." Hallie cried.
"How did you know about Nicki running from home?" Clawdeen asked suspiciously. Hallie can never keep a secret. She said. "Well Howleen and I heard you guys talking about it in the room and ,you said it while you were arguing with Nicki. Also, I read Nicki's diary..." Hallie turned around and saw Nicki and mom standing right behind her.
Nicki was mad! " You read my diary!" Hallie was embarrassed." Yeah. I read about your crush too!" My mom was furious. " Nicki you ran away from home!" I can't believe it. Nicki wasn't in trouble when she was with my mom...we got her in trouble.
"Um...yea...why?" Nicki asked
"Why would you lie to me like that?" my mom asked.
