Chapter 9

I am wandering around the mansion cigarette in my mouth and I come across a music room and I hear a faint sound of a piano being played. Out of curiosity, I enter the room and I see Fedora is the one playing the piano. "Why, hello, boytoy. I am thrilled we ran into each other here." He stilll continues to play the piano as I begin to walk toward him. "I have a question for you. I want to see if my theory is correct. Who is the woman in the purple dress?" I question him, while taking a drag out of my cigarette playing with my chains on my jean hooks. "She's a gorgeous woman. With green eyes and purple long hair. Ring a bell?" I ask him. "Why would you want to know that?" Laito asks me his tone automatically changing after the subject that just occurred. I then realised that the rest of the triplets had appeared, Ayato and Kanato. "What are you doing in here?" Ayato demands an answer out of me as Kanato just stares at me intently holding onto Teddy.

"Well, now since you are all here, it will be easier this way. Does the name Cordelia seem familiar to you three?" I look around the room gazing at the structure of the room. When I looked back at them that all had a hard cold expression and their body language changed drastically. My theory was correct; she was their mother, and she defiantly wasn't pleasant towards them in their childhood. They began to tell me how Cordelia died. And how it was they were the ones to do it. I could see where they was coming from; in the flashback I witnessed she was a cruel woman which she rightfully deserved what she got to her. They also told me when Kanato burned her body her heart wasn't in sight which is very strange. After that they leave without a word. And I decided to give them their very much needed privacy for the rest of the night. I make my way to the garden once again and lighting another cigarette strolling around the garden,I end up falling over, tripping over a loose tree branch hurting myself. "Shit." I wince in pain but I pick myself back up and look up to see Subaru. "Oh, Hey Grumpy. It's nice to see you again." I say politely. "Tch. Whatever." He says stoically. "I was wondering still as to why you gave me your silver knife.." I zone off and he just ignores me. And I realise from that 'dream' the other day and remembered how he was practically ignored and neglected as a child. I get up taking another drag of my cigarette and go forward to hug him. He allows it for a bit and realised what I'm doing. He pushes himself away from me "Stay away form me. Come one step closer, and I'll destroy you!" He yells at me which leaves me shocked. He really is a tsundere.

"I was just trying to sympathise of what happed with you and that woman in the tower that's all-" I was cut off by Subaru snatching my hand, taking the cigarette out of my fingers and stomp on it. "What do you know?!" He tells impatiently. "Fuck, Subaru. You are hurting me." I begin to feel a slight bruising on my wrist as he just stares at me for a while.
"What do you want from me? What do you expect from someone as powerless, hideous and polluted as I am?" He tells me rhetorically practically with self loathing. "You are not them things, Subaru. I may not have known you for that long, but you are not like that in the slightest. Trust me." I cup my hand in his cheek and I give him a peck on the lips in reassurance and I pull away. His reaction was surprised of what I've done, but he pulls me in closer and holds me for a while.

He pulls down my turtleneck and bites into my neck leaving a moan escaping my lips. He smirks against my skin and begins to suck it. He pulls away for a moment. "It tastes so sweet." He says to himself in astonishment. He holds me more delicately and carefully places a gentle kiss on my neck before sinking his fangs into be skin once more.
"...Subaru.." I moan his name lightly and he pulls away. "Shut up and be quiet." He orders me and he kisses my collar bone and sinks into my skin once again. I hold onto him, never wanting to let go of him. He pulls away "you asked me why I gave you the silver knife. I gave it to you so you could stab me with it, should I want you to." I gasp in shock. "Subaru, I couldn't possibly-" "if you are incapable of that, use it to end yourself. You have no right to refuse. In the same way, you can't deny me of your blood." He cuts me off and looks at me and I had the urge, so I grabbed him by the tie and kissed him, which he returned.

I am now in my bed just in my underwear unable to sleep because I've been having nightmares lately and I've also been afraid to go back to sleep, not wanting to have one of those realistic creepy dreams again. Ugh! I toss and turn in my bed I can hear the bed sink beside me as someone is now laying beside me. I turn around to see Ayato. "Red? What are you doing her-" "Don't look at me." I try to protest but he turns me around so that we are spooning. "Quiet. Before I regret helping you." He then cuddled up to me and we begin to swiftly drift off to sleep. 'These brothers really are something. They really are not that bad.'

[this is one of my shorter chapter because I couldn't be asked to write out the whole plot of the triplets as to how they killed Cordelia. Also I legit finished this at 12:10 am lol]
