Hi, my name is Carrisa and I'm 17 years old and this was my life before the apocalypse:
" no, you hang up first baby!" Carl said
" no you Carl"
" No you!!" He said again.
" okay. Bye" I said as I Hung up the phone and went to sleep.
-----That morning-----
" what was that last night???" Carl asked me as we were walking to class.
" what? Oh me hanging up on you?" I asked
" you said it yourself to hang up so I did. " I replied trying not to laugh
" oh. I get it. Next time I'm gonna hang up first!" He said
" oh so is this a challenge?" I ask
" oh, it sure is." Carl replied
" GAME ON!" I said and kissed him on the cheek.
" Hey! Where are you going?" He asked as I started walking away
" oh me? I'm gonna be late to class bye! I love you!" I yelled
" bye! See u later!" He replied.
3 months later.
My boyfriend Carl is moving away now to go to college. And right now I'm a wreck. Trust me. I've been crying for hours with him just holding me.
" I have to go now Carrisa. I'm so sorry but I promise we will talk everyday!" He said trying not to cry himself.
" okay. But Carl, please be safe and I love you so much baby." I said as he got in his car.
" I promise I will be. I'll see you at spring break right?" He asked
" right. " I replied as I stood there hugging my mom as Carl drove away.
