Chapter 5: What the hell

What the hell?

"That guy is seriously asking for a beating!" Kyle grunted as he punched the lockers he leaned on. Clearing my head, I pushed what Alphonse said and tried to calm Kyle down.

"Kyle, calm down! The lockers getting beat isn't going to help and how are you here? I thought you were at the pack house in the meeting?" I whispered as people were passing through the halls.

"Mase told me to come knowing how you'll react to the enemy and good thing too, you were so close to shifting Scar!" He lectured.

"Hey! You were also so don;'t go lecturing me like I don't know the damn rules! You know I hate that!" I added angrily as he started to calm down.

"I know Scar, I'm sorry. Did he hurt you in anyway? Cuz so help me, I'll-"

"Yes, yes, you'll pulverize him to a pulp, blah, blah, blah. And No he did not, I may be a girl but I don't go down without a fight. I'm Scarlett for crying out loud. I have Alpha blood in me!" and with that he mustered a laugh and knew we were both stabilized to go back to class. "C'mon Kyle lets go back, before the janitor lecture me again about skipping."

"Haha, should have known." Smirking at him, we linked arms going to third period and meeting a teased off Janie for ditching her half of Anatomy class.

And Mr. Devolt wasn't happy either.

"Scarlett and Kyle, you two are late. Why?" He spoke not turning around as he kept writing on the board. Now this teacher was a werewolf and so was everyone else in this class.

"We got lost?" Kyle answered as I tried to keep a straight face.

"Oh really?" Mr. Devolt replied turning around this time.

"Yes, and here we are now. Where do we sit?"

Mr. Devolt sighed and didn't bother giving us lunch detention. Just motioned us to find our seats and take notes for the rest of the class.

Noticing Janie saved two seats beside her, I took her right while Kyle took her left. And I was not even sitting down when she started demanding answers.

"Both of you spill, now because I can smell an odd scent of both you." Janie said with her arms crossed over her chest staring straight at the board. Sighing for the sixth time today, I took over the conversation.

"Janie, were sorry for not making it on time to class and before you say anything don't blame us but the enemy who goes to this school. And I just had to have him in second period and made it out without shifting. Then he followed me, we talked, Kyle appeared out of no where then we talked some more and he left. "

"So the rumors are true, about them being here? " She whispered. Janie never took a liking to her pack being overruled, its the beta blood in her.

"Sadly, and whatever he is up too were going to find out and stop them." I added with a growl at the end. Eliza hasn't been calm since the hallway incident and especially after what he said.

Around another thirty minutes later the class ended and Janie has been filled in with everything. And after comparing schedules with Kyle we left top forth period which was P.E. and our favorite class.

Our schools P.E. field is relatively huge. Its even bigger than the Dodger's Stadium! Its needed for us werewolves to run more and humans to get stronger. And even if we mingle with humans, we don't outcast them or start problems with them. Its not in our blood to hurt them, but rogues are a different case.
