. . .

taehyung couldn't take his eyes from juhyun who was sitting two benches away from him. he kept thinking about her the other night, couldn't even sleep as her face kept flashing in front of his eyes.

"what are you doing to me?"he mumbled to himself earning a bewildered gaze from jimin.

"i am not doing anything."

"huh?"taehyung raised his eyebrows.

jimin made a face shaking his head.he thought he was probably talking to him which he does often.

the class was over and everyone started going out of the class one by one. taehyung also stood from his seat along with his friends and when he looked at juhyun, she was still sitting there.

juhyun was like a mystery for him.she was more like a enigma for taehyung. juhyun was that girl who turned bad without doing anything in everyone's eyes. it was hard to see the traces of happiness in her face ― she barely had a smile on her face. it wasn't like she was a outcast either, she had people with whom she could be herself yet she had maintained a facade.

"are you up for tonight?"jen nudged juhyun walking out of the class.

"not again."she replied.

"but why?"a pout replaced her face, tactic of hers to make juhyun fall but it wasn't working.

"last time you literally threw me in the fucking pool with that weirdo and last night―"the image of taehyung flashed her mind for a moment before she continued,"i almost ki― kissed him."

"but that was your decision."

"whatever!"she rolled her eyes.

jen had her ways. juhyun would always decline to join her but at the end,she would do opposite of what has been said.

juhyun also couldn't lie the library guy or kim taehyung took her night away too. she kept changing her sides the whole night and her thoughts were consumed by that guy who had a mole on his nose. everything that had happened kept replaying in her head making a part of her a little happy and excited for no reason.

it was not even that long they arrived at the house party and juhyun already started regretting it. the fun part about parties like this was getting drunk for her,to the point that she would feel all giddy as everything would kind of spin around. she slowly went to the back yard of the house and sat at the bench there which was her secret place whenever she would come at namjoon's house.

she felt happier.

looking up at the stars and moon at night was the solace she lived for.

"are you smoking again?"a deep voice made it's way to her ears making her look at the direction where it came from.

she could see a vague image of a boy standing closer to her,"no― i don't smoke."

"hmm i can tell."he sat beside her as he knew she was a little tipsy with the way she spoke.

"that's true though."she pouted."that was my― first time a― and you fucking caught me."

taehyung couldn't help but let out a deep chuckle as a response.he fought the urge to pinch her cheeks at that moment.there was a moment of silence between them. juhyun kept looking at the sky, amazed at how many stars were shining and the moon that was almost a full while taehyung couldn't stop admiring her little features.

"do you like stars that much?"

"i don't know."a serene smile made it's way to her lips,"i don't know.it feels like i've grown up with them or―"she sighned,"whenever mom and dad fought,i would just stare at sky from the window and i would just talk to them.you know,i used to think the half moon is smiling."

juhyun never really believed at love to be honest.seeing her parents, she had always thought two person can never be there for each other to the point they forget about themselves. she was just naive.

taehyung couldn't utter a single word instead he reached for her hand and gave a little squeeze.
