Chapter 1

It's not like I planned to fall in love with him, ya know? It just kinda happened. He was there when I needed someone. He was sweet and caring. I never had someone ask me how I was and actually stay to listen to my reply. But he did. Cameron Johnson. Sweet, sweet Cameron. Better known to the entire school as CJ, captain of nearly every sport and president of ever club. Also top of his class, best grades. Go figure. Has the body of a Greek god and a smile that could make anyone go weak in the knees. I know, what's so wrong with being in love with a total hottie, right? Well, nothing's wrong with it if you're his age, or go to school with him, or you aren't his senior English teacher!

That's me. Rebecca Reed, recently divorced, 27 year old, twelfth grade English teacher. Better known as Ms. Reed. My husband left me last year after 5 years of marriage to be with his secretary. I know, cliché huh? But I'm over it now. Since he was one of the only 3 divorce lawyers in this town he had a lot of money. He paid off the house and my car and let me keep them both. He always was a nice guy. Just a man whore. But I was in love with him. Or I think I was. I'm not too sure.

Oh well, this isn't about me and that cheating douche bag. This is about Cameron, and me of course. Like I said earlier, I didn't plan on falling for him, I just did. And I don't regret any of it. I'm so happy with my life. And so is he. I just wanted to give someone the insight to the inappropriate relationship I shared with my student. I just want to explain to you how it all happened. To prove I'm not some cougar that set out looking for a student to seduce. So, if you will, please stay with me as I share the story of Cameron and I.

I would like to take you back to the beginning, but I can't do that yet. I must say farewell to you for now, for my love has just come home, you see.
