Chapter 1

Hailey's POV

I wake up to hoots and hollers coming from down stairs. Matts friends. They practically live here. I swing my legs out of bed and look in the mirror. Gross. I quickly brushed my hair and threw it into a messy bun. I was in my sweatpants and old volleyball t shirt.

I walked down stairs to see Jack J, Jack G, Shawn, Nash, Cameron, Aaron, Taylor, my brother Matt and Carter sitting on the couch. They are all close to me but Shawn is by far the closest. Matt trusts the guys with me but he never thinks that I would actually date any of them.

"Morning Hailey." Shawn says to me as I sit down on his lap on the couch. Shawn holds me tight. I pull out my iPhone and text Bella. Bella is my best friend. We've been best friends since Kindergarten. Bella has light brown hair and olive skin. She is really pretty.

"Who you texting?" Shawn asks. I love Shawn, but he is noisy as fuck.

"Bella. Anything else you'd like to know?" I ask. I stand up and walk to the kitchen. All we have is cereal and I don't want cereal.

"Hey, can we go to Starbucks?" I say walking back into the living room. "Carter, will you drive me?" I asked.

I've always thought Carter was cute.

"Sure Hailey." He said standing up.

Carter grabs his keys off of the table and starts heading out the door.

"Do you guys want anything?" I ask before I leave.

"French vanilla cappuccino." Matt yells.

"Double chocolatey chip frappe with chocolate whip cream." Cameron says. "Make mine regular whipped cream!." Jack J screamed. I didn't hear anything else for I continued out the door. I get into Carter's Black Mustang.

We live about 10 minutes from Starbucks so it isn't that long of a ride. I check my pocket to see if I brought money and then I check my phone. Whoops. I forgot the money.

"Carter..." I start. "I might have forgotten the money for the drinks." I said starting to laugh.

"It's fine Hailey. I have money." He says patting his pocket. I turn up the radio just as Habits starts playing. Carter and I start singing the chorus together.

"You have an amazing voice." Carter says just as the song ends. Carter has the most beautiful eyes.

"Thanks bæ." I say as I start to text Caila and Natalie. I tell them that they should come over later and they agree.

"You guys should stay overnight again. My girls are coming over." I told Carter just as we pulled into Starbucks.

Carter and I went into Starbucks and ordered what the guys wanted and I got a regular coffee and Carter got a black coffee.

"Thanks for paying Carter. I'll pay you back at the house." I say as we walk out.

"Consider it a gift." He says as we pull out of the parking lot. As I sip my frappe Caila texts back and asks if Matt is gonna be there.

I reply, well yeah it is his house. I love Caila to fucking death though. Caila has brown hair and blue eyes. She's really pretty, I'm jealous. I've noticed that in the past week, she's been checking out Matt and acting different around him.

Natalie said that she wound be there until 5:30 because she has to babysit. Natalie was really tall and has curly dirty blonde hair, but she always straightens it so you'd never know.

Personally I think Natalie and Cameron would be the cutest couple.

When we get to the house, I hand the drinks to the boys.

"One French vanilla cappuccino for Mr Espinosa, one double chocolatey chip frappe with chocolate whipped cream for Mr. Dallas and one double chocolatey chip frappe with regular whipped cream for Mr. Johnson." I say as I sit down with my half empty coffee.

"So what do you guys want to do today?" Matt asked sipping his frappe.

"We should go to the mall and play Lazar Tag." Aaron suggested. Everyone nodded in agreement and I decided to text Bella, Caila and Natalie and ask them if they could meet us at the mall by, holy crap it's already noon.

"What time we leaving?" I ask as I text them. Natalie answers immediately, damn, that girl is always on her phone. Bella and Caila said that they'd meet us there.

"Is one good princess?" Cameron jokes. I nod and get up and go get ready. I put on black high waisted shorts and a tye dye crop top. I straightened my hair and left it down. I put on casual makeup and walked down stairs.

"Damn girl you fine." Shawn says pointing at me. Everyone starts cracking up as we walk out the door. We all pile into Matt's Ford Explorer and Cameron's jeep. I get in Cameron's car with Shawn, Carter and Aaron. Jack J, Jack G, Nash and Taylor get in Matts car. We start driving to the mall start singing Selfie as it comes on the radio.

"BUT FIRST LEMME TAKE A SELFIE." Aaron yells as he hold ups his phone and we all pose.

"Aaron Carpenter you better send that to me." I say laughing. Aaron is the sweetest person, but I would never date him, I don't think. Everyone started yelling when I got a phone call.

"Shh!" I said as I answered the call.

"Hello." I said. I swear I've heard the voice on the other line before.

"Yes, um Hailey Espinosa?" It was Taylor.

"Yes Taylor Caniff?" I say laughing, mouthing Taylor to Cam.

"Can you please meet us in the food court when we get to the mall? Thanks." He said without even letting me answer.

"What'd he say?" Cameron asked.

"He wants us to meet him in the food court at the mall." I said. "I wonder why." I look back through my mirror to see Carter and Shawn laughing. I had a feeling that they had something to do with this.
