Cameron's POV

We waited outside of Natalies room for 20 minutes. Hailey came wheeling out.

"I tried." She said stopping next to Aaron. I walked into the room and say down on the chair.

"Hey Cameron." She said. I looked at her for a while.

"Listen, I'm really sorry-" I stopped her by pressing our lips against each other's.

"I love you." I breathed in. She allowed me to flick my tongue into her mouth.

"We must have had a great relationship." She said pulling away. "I'm sorry I can't remember it."

I stood up and shook my head.

"No matter what, I will always love you." I said sitting down. She smiled.

"I love you too." She said. Natalie closed her eyes and went to sleep. I went out the door to Nash.

"Can I talk to you?" I asked him. He nodded and we ventured down the hall.

"What's up?" He asked me.

"What if Natalie never remembers?" I asked him. He looked at me.

"You love her and she loves you. That's all the matters. If she doesn't remember, that's okay. You'll still be together and she'll still be around." He answered patting my shoulder.

We walked back to the room and sat down. This was going to be a long day.

Michaels POV

I looked at the clock. 4:03. I was meeting Caila and Matt at the hospital at 5. I hadn't told Caila this but I'm bringing Sarah.

"ready babe?" She asked walking out of my bedroom. She was wearing a pair of Jean cutoff with holes in them, white converse and a white half shirt.

"Yeah." I said kissing her. We walked out into the heat and got into my Chevy Cruise.

"Michael. Tell me the truth." Heard Sarah say as we stop at s stop light.

"Okay?" I asked. She waited.

"Do you love me?" She asked me. I nodded.

"Of course." I answered as we started driving again.

"Of do you love caila." She mumbled under her breath.

"What?" I asked. She looked at me.

"Oh come on Michael. You obviously have a crush on Caila." She said throwing her hands up.

"If I'm not mistaking, we had this conversation before." I said pulling into the hospital parking lot.

"I'm sorry Michael." She said kissing me. I nodded.

"Let's just go." I said getting out of the car. I walked into the hospital, Sarah following me.

Caila had said they were on the third floor. Room 138 or 475. we checked 138 and Caila was there with Hailey, Bella and Matt I'm guessing.

"Michael." Caila yelled jumping up and hugging me. I lifted her up and spun her around.

"Hey little sis." I said putting her down.

"Michael, this is my boyfriend Matt." Caila said. I shook his hand and he smiled.

"Nice to meet you." Matt said. I nodded back.

"This is my girlfriend Sarah." Caila and Matt waved. Sarah smirked, glaring at Caila.

"Do you guys want to take a walk?" I asked. They stood up and followed us out the door.

Cailas POV

We walked outside to the lawn in front of the hospital.

"So, Sarah how long have you and Michael been dating?" I asked her. She rolled her eyes at me.

"8 months." She said. I nodded. I looked at Matt. I need to tell Michael something.

"So Michael, Sarah. Matt and I... We're having twins. In 8 months." I said. Michael smiled.

"I'm happy for you Cay." Michael said. Sarah didn't say anything.

"I'm sorry, is there a problem?" I asked her. The least she could do would be to smile.

"Me? As a matter of fact there is. Back off my boyfriend." She said. I raised my eyebrows.

"Michael is my big brother, I'd never date him." I said. Sarah stood up.

"I still don't like you." She said. I stood up and looked at her with hardened eyes.

"Well I didn't ask for your opinion. Thanks." I said. I turned to walk away and she pushed me. I swung around and looked at her angrily.

"Oh it's on!" I yelled grabbing her hair. I pulled at it and kneed her gut. Matt and Michael pulled us Seuss from each other. I got a punch in. She didn't hit me once. Weak.

"We have to go. Good to see you guys." Michael said pulling Sarah along and he walked away.

This rivalry was on.
