Ten Minutes Later

Levi's Office

We entered Levi's office. He quickly shut the door.

He sat at his desk and motioned for me to sit down.

I took a seat. Him and I were completely silent before I decided to say something.

"What did you want to talk about?"

Levi shook his head and began to shuffle a stack of papers in his hands.

"I just wanted to clarify that what happened back there shouldn't have happened. It was completely unprofessional and it won't happen again." he said.

Is he serious?

"You brought me all the way to your office to tell me that?" I replied.

"I didn't want anyone to hear us. The only person who knows about what happened is Jaeger and that's how it'll stay. I can't risk this information getting out."

"Wow." I shook my head and chuckled.

I crossed my arms and looked down at my lap.

"You think that's funny?" he asked.

"Yeah, I do, actually."

"Ackerman-"

"No, I've heard enough. I completely understand."

I stood up and began to approach the door.

Suddenly, Levi was in front of me.

"Stay." he said.

"What? I'm not staying." I replied.

"Just stay." he insisted.

"No. You and I have already spoken about what happened earlier. We're done here." I said.

Levi began to walk towards me.

I started to back away. "What are you doing?"

I suddenly bumped into his desk. He was finally in front of me.

"I'm about to finish what we started."
