Chapter 13

Adam's POV

I walked into the kitchen to see my mom. "Hey mom we are having dinner with my mate and her family. And she staying with us in the house, she has no where else to go." My mom was speechless. "She's welcome anytime dear, I'm glad she's here and safe." My mom smiled at me comfortable " now tell me about your mate!" Her eye lighting up. " mom she is the best thing to happen in my life, she's beautiful, caring, and she's got this atmosphere about her that just makes me instantly happy when I see her." I rambled off before my mom just staring at me all giddy like. I hugged and walked off to go to my mat wand take her and her siblings shopping. I saw their clothes and they could use newer clothes. I walked into my mates room and saw her on the side of her bed looking out the window in deep thought so I knocked on the door and went to go sit beside her. "Ready to go shopping?" I said, breaking the silence. I looked at her kinda worried she was too quiet.
