Chapter 6 - Why me?

Josh's POV

Maddie hasn't talked to me in a week I keep texting her but I get no answer I don't know what is wrong so when Kenzie told me about the girls while we were at the hospital.
I was shocked but I was still angry at Maddie for not talking to me its weird I know but my girlfriend isn't talking to me! All I keep thinking is why me? Why me?

Maddie's POV

I cant do this anymore I need to tell Josh. I pick up my phone and group text Kendall and Chloe (who I assumed would already be there) to meet at the Hyland's place then I begin my 20 minute walk.

Why did I wear heels?? There place is 20 minutes away this hurts. I ring the doorbell and I am hugged by Brooke.

Brooke's POV

I hear the doorbell ring and I see Maddie standing out the front. I missed her so much and I was so worried for her since she was in hospital with Kendall so I gave her a massive hug. Maddie and Kendall are Paige's best friends other than her twinnie Chloe and they are all like little sisters to me. Kendall and I are very similar with our hair and our eyes.
Maddie is a beautiful brunette, Chloe and Paige are inseparable and have the same hair, they are the same height but have different coloured eyes. Chloe once brought blue contacts and Paige brought brown once. When they were younger about 12 they used to wear contacts so they could each have a brown eye and a blue eye. The twinnies are some weird kids.

Anyways back to Maddie and Kendall they are known as the bros which is basically another word for twinnie. I made up cute names for the girls a couple of years ago if you ever needed them both. Maddie and Kendall's name is Kendison, Paige and Chloe's name is Chlaige.

"Hi Maddie, how are you? I missed you so much I love you Madz" I said in one breath. "Hi Brookie I'm good I'm better but yeah you know, umm is Josh here?" "Yeah he is, he is really sad that you haven't talked to him in like a week so yeah be prepared to see a grumpy pants." I said emphasising the grumpy and pants so he would hear me. He sure did hear me he replied with a "shut it you cookie jar!!" He calls me cookie jar when he is mad. "Go on up Madz Chlaige is up in Paige's room taking selfies and the usual. "Thanks cookie jar" she says laughing hysterically "yeah haha" I say sarcastically.

Josh's POV

I hear the door open and I yell get out Paige. I hear the door shut and begin playing my computer again. Then someone kisses my cheek. "Chl- Maddie?!" "I miss you but you cant just expect me to let you kiss me." "Im sorry I haven't been texting or talking to you, I have been going through a lot lately.

Maddie's POV

"Im so sorry Josh, do you still love me?" I told Josh everything about my mom about me and everything else. "Maddie, I'm sorry i was mean I love you and I'm glad you are talking to me again I'm also glad you are safe here" I told him not to tell any body not even cookie or Chlaige. I don't want any body else to know my secret.
