Chapter 7 - Secrets and Sia

Maddie's POV

"No mom don't!!" I scream "shut up you ugly slug!!!" My mom is getting meaner and meaner every day I can't handle this anymore! She reaches underneath my bed and pulls out a teddy. "Im sorry Maddie" says mom sounding sorry. "I love you mom please don't hurt me."

Melissa's POV

I feel like saying I'm sorry you were ever born but I don't. I shouldn't punish her because Mackenzie threw up because she was sick. This was 2 years ago I feel terrible. I deserve to be locked up. "Maddie I'm so so so sorry I don't know what I am doing. I miss the good old days when your father was still here." I say holding back my tears.

Nia's POV

I'm walking past the Ziegler's house and all i hear is "No mom don't" being screamed out by Maddie. And Melissa is saying "shut up you ugly slug" woah what is going on here. I run to Kendall's house and tell her what I heard.

"Kendall this is serious Maddie could die!!" I scream-whisper. "Nia I know this is serious but Melissa is Maddie's mom she is either going through a phase or she has just lost her coconut." She also scream-whispers

"what are we gonna do" I ask singing the line from Frozen, "Do you wanna build a snowman?" Sings Kendall "it doesn't..." I started to sing but I was cut off by Kendall. "No seriously do you wanna build a snowman?" Asks Kendall sarcastically.
"Kendall come over to Maddie's house with me its only 10 minutes away come on." We start walking and we hear giggling coming from Kenzie. Then we hear screaming from someone! We run into the house and we see all three of the Zieglers including Melissa sitting on the couch watching a movie and tickling Kenzie. Phew that was lucky I thought to myself. "Oh hey Nia!!" Kenzie screams happily to me. "Hey Kenzie" I scream happily back.

"Melissa can Kendall and I talk to you?" "Sure thing lets go upstairs follow me girls." Kendall and I find ourselves in what looks like an attic. "I didn't know you guys had an attic" Kendall says. "Yeah we do, so what do you girls wanna talk about?" Asks Melissa interested. "Well I was walking to the park when I heard Maddie screaming and you calling her names. What was going on" I demand nervously. "I lost my mind I didn't know what I was doing please don't tell anyone i wont do it ever again, I just divorced Kurt and I miss him. He was always such a good help and now he is gone. I will never hurt my beautiful girl ever again." Melissa starts crying and asks us to not tell anybody.

Maddie's POV

While mom was talking to Kendall and Nia, Sia tweeted me. Sia tweeted me omg she actually tweeted me, the ugly,fat worthless Maddie Ziegler got tweeted by Sia!!! It says @Siaofficial Hey Maddie do you want to be in my music video Chandelier?

Love Sia xoxo I screamed out to Kendall "Sia tweeted me Kendall!" I was so excited. I tweeted her back

Kendall's POV

My best friend/ sister is going to be in Sia's music video OMG!!! "Omg thats awesome!!" I scream at Maddie answering her last statement. But there is one bad thing to this I have gained more weight. Like seriously I'm already fat enough I don't need this extra fat on top of it. "Hey Maddie do I look fat to you?" I ask cautiously "no you don't have any fat on you unlike me... I am the one who is fat." She says assuringly. Maddie and I talk for a while about our situations and we decide to not eat.
