Any hope would do

I wake up as every usual day, I put on my favorite Tay22 song and sing along as I get ready for my busy day. When I eat my serials, I turn on the television as usual, but this time I see Tay22 being on the news. Tay22 is wearing a really pretty dress. It's long and really takes your attention. I love how she looks. 

I turn up the volume to hear what it is about. I never expected to hear what I was about to hear. The whole audience on the News Show was crapping and crying, like an audience full of fans usually does when their favorite artist comes up on the stage. But the words Tay22 gave me the hope that I had been praying for. 

'I made SO MUCH money on my last track that I want to give the money to a greater cause. I decided I would use this money to help a person like YOU out of your trouble. I will support you personally and financially as best as I can. You can submit an entry by sending me a letter why YOU should be the one to get the support.' 

After her announcement, the world stops for me. I don't hear the rest of the show anymore, nor my clock which I usually hate the sound of. I looked her up online with an open mouth. I finally get a bit of hope that my mother may actually be saved! I run upstairs and start writing my letter. In the process I completely forget that I should have left for work ten minutes ago. When my job calls me after I haven't showed up two hours later than the time I should have started, I am still too busy to notice the sound. When I finish the letter I realise how late I am and hurry outside, post the letter on my way to work and apologize my ass off towards my boss as soon as I arrive. I speak to myself after sitting down at my desk and say: 'I knew that praying would help me.' 

After I come home from work I see another news message about Tay22. She appears in a slightly short and sexy outfit on the news, where she happily announces that she has recieved 550.189 letters already. I realise the number is that high and my letter hasn't even been recieved yet. The chances are so low. With another wave of depression I go to bed. I cry myself to sleep while, once again, listening to the touching music from Tay22.
