Coming out of the Captain's office, Sara walked over to the control console, and put her elbows on the console and rested her head in them. She couldn't believe how pooped out she was after today's mission. It was one crazy one.  And it wasn't like it was an extremely challenging mission either.. It'd just been that her mind had been distracted, consistently thinking about how she had told Chloe about the Waverider all those months ago. It's not that Sara didn't trust Chloe; She was her best friend, after all, aside from Ava (But Ava didn't really count since she was her girlfriend)..

But it was still giving away her biggest secret. Yeah, she HAD known Chloe her entire life, and didn't see a reason to be so paranoid about it, but-

Sara was caught off guard by a tap on her shoulder. She whirled around to see that it was Ava.

"Woah, Whoa! Slow down there, babe! It's just me" Ava raised her hands, "Gideon said you looked distracted and frustrated about something."

Sara laughed. She was so fortunate to have a girlfriend like Ava. Nyssa would've probably startled her on purpose so they could engage in a friendly sparring session, not that she would've minded if Ava had done that.

"What's going on, Sara? Is everything okay?"

Sara looked into Ava's eyes and she could see just how concerned Ava was for her.

"Yeah," Sara said, walking away from the console slowly, "It's just that I've been distracted lately whenever we're on mission...." She trailed off

"Oh yeah? I mean you have seem a little distracted since you went and hung out with Chloe yesterday." Ava gasped, her eyes slowly rounding, "Oh my gosh, Sara.. Sara oh my.. She wasn't.. hitting on you was she?!?!"

Sara laughed. "You are so adorable, Ava!" playfully punching Ava in the arm, "No, Ava, that's not what I'm worried about."

They both fell silent as Ava stared at Sara and Sara stared back at her. Suddenly, Sara's eyebrows furrowed and she walked away from the bridge, from the console. She started to pick up her pace and Ava turned around from where she was standing and followed Sara. She didn't know where Sara was going, only that she was being distracted once again.

"Sara?" Ava called. Sara distantly heard her name being called, but it was like she couldn't hear anything clearly. It was like something was blocking out the sound coming into her ears. And then she started picking up her pace, started breathing hard.

At that point, Sara had been walking too fast, and turned too many corners for Ava to be able to catch up to her. And since she didn't know the Waverider that well, Ava could't really figure out how to get to the places she thought the Captain might've gone to.

So she called the team. Ava knew that was probably the best way of finding where the Captain might've gone to.

---------------------------------------- 30 MINUTES LATER-------------------------------------------------------

They'd been looking for the Captain for about twenty minutes at this point. It only took Ava ten minutes to get the Legends because she hadn't wanted to use Gideon to call them, since Sara might have been listening. Obviously, as Ava realized after having to have been told by Zari that she could've easily asked Gideon to call them individually.

All gathered on the bridge, Ava told them what had happened with Sara and how she'd just wandered away after abruptly finishing their conversation. Sara'd just called Ava adorable, her expression changed, and then she just walked away.

"K guys... I called you all to the bridge here because I'm not quite sure of the layout of this ship yet, and I thought since you all have been here  for a while, maybe you can help me find her, and if she's in some kind of distress maybe her get through it as the family that we are?"

The Legends all nodded except for Mick, who had nodded off on the steps into the Captain's office.

They all set out to search the rooms, the kitchens, and the training rooms, as well as the hidden compartment that Jax had found future Barry's mission in.

After a while of searching, they still couldn't find her, and per Nate's question,  Gideon told them that the jump ship had not left the docking bay either. At this point, Ava was starting to get concerned. She didn't know what had driven the Captain to act the way that she had; just her walking away.

Suddenly Mick's head seemed to pop out from under the floor in the Captain's office, as Amaya started walking into the Captain's office. She let out a yelp when his head appeared.

"Mick!" she said, startled. She was yelling but not quite, "What are you doing down there?"

Without replying, Mick put a finger over his mouth and climbed out of what seemed to have been a trapdoor. Quietly climbing out, he silently closed the door to whatever place or room was down there. He walked out of the Captain's office and beckoned the team back onto the bridge.

"She can't hear us through that door, it's fine" Mick said. At the looks of his teammates, of confusion and questioning, he said, "Snart told me about that place in the Captain's parlour before he left."

Ava and the rest of the team just stared at Mick as he continued to explain that after he had woken up and the team had gone looking for Sara, he remembered that Snart had told him about the time when Sara and him had hidden in the trapdoor room when the Time Masters had taken the rest of the team.

He then pointed at Ava, then the door, and grunted.

For some miraculous reason, Ava understood what Mick meant. She didn't think she would, and neither did the rest of the team. But it was her girlfriend, and given the condition that they were all looking for Sara, Mick's gestures made complete sense to her.

"She's sleeping, Ava, or more like sedated, since blondie seemed like she was about to freak out."

Ava raised her eyebrows at him and approached the trapdoor. She lifted the door and before she walked down,  she pointed at Amaya and lipped, "you're in charge" at her. She went down the ladder.
