This story was influenced by "Spider-Man Far from Home" and "A Whisper of the Heart". This story kinda popped into my head and just decided to write it down before it goes away. Alright, enjoy!
Hi. This is an awkward start, but hey. Ummm. My name is Penni Parker. I live in Queens, New York and I go to Heathrow Wilson Highschool. I'm 15 years old and I live life as an author, a teenager, and... Well... Backstory...
When I was 13, I went on a class field trip to a very scientific lab. This lab, I kid you not, was so futuristic, it was like I was in 2078. Yeah, the year is 2019, but that aside. When I was looking around out the vast materials and chemicals, and mind you, above the room I was in was where all of the animals they have experimented with was right above us and somehow, a spider slipped through and bit me. I thought it was fine and I just slapped it away. That same night, I was having a harsh time to sleep and when I woke up, I felt weird. My mind felt, odd and looked around as I didn't feel right. I didn't pay much attention to it and just headed to school.
During class, my head was throbbing, the voice inside my head began to be the only voice in my head, and my body just began to go in many directions. I wasn't feeling well, so I just headed out to the roof for a breath of fresh air. I kinda gripped the railing, but when I tried to let go, my hand stuck to the railing. I fussed around and tried my best to remove my hand, but all that happened was me flying over the railing. Luckily, I was wearing leggings underneath my skirt. Don't you think I wasn't? Perverts exist in this world. >:(
Well, since I was hanging over the building, I had to stick and stick and hope to god that I don't fall. I tried my best to get myself down, but me hanging on the railing has already grabbed a lot of attention. I tried my best to get up on the roof and try my best to get out of school and run home.
Did I make it out? Yes, and that's when I sat in my room and experimented with things I could do. "Sticking to things was one of them, but what else?" I asked. Well the hair's on my arm stood up and that's when my aunt knocked on the door. I had to answer the door and I was so nervous.
So yeah. I figured out that I was like Spiderman, but a teen girl. Note that this was 2017 and Spiderman was in the neighborhood in 1995. Sadly, he disappeared mysteriously and left New York open to attacks for a decade and 2 years.
Now, I was the next in line of Spiderman? Spiderwomen? Spider-teen? Let's leave it to the public.
So the author thing. Well, that's a whole different thing. I started when I was 13, months before the incident. That's when I sent published the first book that I made when I was 11. It kinda sucked and it was just a fairytale. SHUT UP! KIDS THAT YOUNG WOULD STILL LIKE FAIRYTALE! THAT'S MERELY GRADE SCHOOL!
Anyway, I just published it when I was 13 and it made New York's Best Seller 3 weeks after I published it. Although I was offered money, I only took a quarter of it and sent the rest of it to a hospital in need of help. Keep in mind, I was offered to be given $65.8K for my books. Let's do the math. 65,800/4= $16,450. So I gave $49,350 to the hospital. Honestly, I didn't mind and yes, $65,800 dollars is what I made. Not much, but I sold 2,632 copies and it was honestly fascinating.
I didn't put my actual name, so I put on my Bi name. That Bi name was Stark Miles. I wanted to protect my identity to the world, so a Bi name was necessary. Thank you to Stan Lee. He was my role model for this whole writing thing.
So after the incident, I began to write about the Spider woman that people in New York City has named... *ahem* me. So, for 2 years, I lived a double life in the city the workforce, and In school and yet still doing fine.... ish.
Well, I'm a sophomore, Spiderwoman, and Stark Miles as an author. My friends are the motivation I have to protect the streets of New York. What can I do, I can't let them down.
15 Year Old Me: 2 years in and I'm enjoying this. News coverage is fun, but I always get to learn about many things as a hero of New York. It's honestly interesting because I met the Avengers. I'm ready for the future of this to succeed.
18 Year Old Me: Oh no. Thanos has all 6 infinity stones. I already passed high school and I have to deal with this.
Great... Half of the population has disappeared and now, It's just... This... Is not... The future I want... Mr. Stark... I don't feel so good. *vanishes*
5 Years Later
Woah. I'm back. Mr. Strange. What are you?
(Commences the final battle against Thanos and wins, but Tony Stark was the one who snapped, so... he... died...)
Things were set back together, but stress begins to overtake me.
My school repeated the whole year of school again and it was infuriating. Now people, think that Mr. Stark gave me the leadership to Avengers and become the "new" iron man.
I honestly just wanted to leave this all behind and get together with this boy I was dying to be with. Peter Jane. I'm, kinda jealous that he has the attention of so many people and girls desire him. Looking like an actor, I don't know what to say, but say that I prefer his personality and his looks. Yes, he is cute, but also the person I plan to love the rest of my life with.
Between the time of repeated Senior year to Graduation: I still save the city from frequent robberies and mugging, but I still see Mr. Starks face everywhere. I honestly feel so bad... And all of this pressure on me makes this worse... I published 14 books and made
Summer: We all have graduated and we all can't wait to go on a trip to Italy and Paris.
To Be Continued...
